Мы заказали номер на троих (двое взрослых и ребёнок), но номер был не готов для третьего человека: кровать не была расстелена, не было третьего комплекта полотенец, тапок.

The spa and restaurant were definite highlights of our stay. The spa area was well-maintained, relaxing, and provided a welcome escape after a long day. The restaurant, in particular, stood out thanks to its very pleasant atmosphere and high level of service. The staff there were attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made the dining experience especially enjoyable. Overall, the service in the restaurant was excellent and clearly at a much higher standard than in other areas of the hotel.
Our requests were ignored, and we received no response at all, while the hosts acted as if they knew nothing about the issues. The main problems were related to both maintenance and service. Several things were broken, such as the interior window that wouldn’t close properly, and housekeeping was inconsistent, as not all items were refilled daily. We had specifically asked for a quiet room, but we could clearly hear both the neighbors and the noise of garbage bins being moved in the courtyard early in the morning, which made it very difficult to sleep.
Additionally, the staff seemed more focused on parking our car than on providing actual hospitality — we weren’t informed about hotel services or offered help with our luggage, even though that’s also something guests typically tip for, not just valet parking. To top it off, the bar felt more like a pastry shop than a proper bar, which was quite disappointing.

Fantastic location, clean and very comfortable. Had lunch in roof top restaurant which was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful.
Price of breakfast at hotel was steep as we hadn’t included in our booking but we walked to the Place de la Comédie and had breakfast on the square and enjoyed watching the world go by.
Very nice and comfy rooms with beautiful views. The rooftop restaurant and the spa are outstanding.

It was a bit tricky the first time to find the entrance through the mall parking garage. But once familiar it was easy to enter/exit through the shopping mall!
