Très bon emplacement, petit déjeuner varié, personnel très à l'écoute.

Cons:

Manque d'insonorisation sur l'extérieur (fenêtres vétustes) et pourtant au 15 ème étage.

Pros:

Muy buena la atencion del personal, muy amables y atentos, nos brindaron un voucher para almorzar cerca del hotel, sin dudas si vuelvo a Copacabana vuelvo a este hotel! El espacio de la terraza muy lindo.

Excelente localização.

Cons:

A única coisa que me incomodou foi um barulho até certa hora da noite , como se fosse de ferro, trilho do metrô. Tenho sono leve e só após parar o barulho consegui dormir.

Pros:

The location was perfect for 2 mature ladies. It was close to everything we wanted, subway, beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the Roxy show. We felt very safe walking around, even later at night. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. View from rooftop of Christ the Redeemer.

Cons:

Pillows could have been better.

O hotel é muito aconchegante e tem uma localização excelente, perto de batalhão da polícia, o que torna muito seguro. Os funcionários foram sempre muito educados e solícitos! Voltaremos com toda certeza!

Localização; estrutura geral do hotel e atendimento.

Cons:

Elevador sem ventilação, roupas de cama e toalhas muito usadas, local do chuveiro vira piscina (péssimo escoamento), colchão e travesseiros previsam ser renovados, barulho da descarga do vaso.

Fantastic value, fantastic staff, an exceptionally well run hotel, in my opinion.

This place was an absolute gem! Perfect central location, heart of Copacabana, metro station literally across the street (how convenient is that!). World famous Copacabana Beach easily within walking distance. Vibrant neighbourhood. As for the hotel, very clean, exceptionally well managed, and terrific customer service. Very good breakfast with lots of choice for something of a boutique hotel. Champagne too for breakfast, imagine that! Fast and well working elevators. Lots of flexibility to check in much earlier (incl. breakfast) and/or check out late, hotel capacity permitting, at a very reasonable price. The best though about this hotel? Without question, the staff. Amazing, accommodating, even went as far as assisting me toward getting a metro card when I was encountering a bit of difficulty, accompanying me to the metro station firsthand, wow! Nossa! And the value in terms of what they offer guests? Their prices are, quite frankly, unbeatable, for what you get.

Cons:

Nothing. So happy that we came back for the last portion of our vacation.
