Tendo a opção do Premier, reserve!!!

Não é a primeira vez que ficamos no Premier.
A localização é imbatível.
O quarto é amplo, o banheiro moderno, prático, muito limpo e com uma ducha muito boa.
A revitalização do Premier acrescentou comodidade e praticidade.
Outro ponto forte do Premier é a atenção, carinho e simpatia dos funcionários - TODOS de todos os setores.
Buffet de café da manhã muito bom.

The best!!! Excellent stay. I could walk safely alone in this neighboring as a woman.
Pros:

They were so nice! I forgot to add one extra day and they added the booking last minute. They were so sweet and helped me with my luggage.

Copacabana é um bairro completo tanto em lazer quanto em serviços.

Cons:

A TV tinha uma grande gama de canais disponíveis, porém, todos eles dependiam do sinal de internet que estava muito lenta e não nos deixou assistir nada.

Cons:

O recepcionista que me atendeu quando cheguei foi super mal educado, nem olhava na face. Mal respondia a pergunta. Nos colocou em um quarto no 3 andar. Quarto minúsculo, fedorento. Desci pra pedir acomodação melhor e a resposta foi: vou ver se tem. Enfim, nos colocaram em um quarto melhor, depois de toda mal educação. Não volto!!!

Super onvriendelijk personeel! Haardroger ontploft in mijn hand en heb 3 uur op spoed gezeten. Hotel weigerde om de apotheek kosten etc te compenseren. Hier kom ik nooit terug!

A equipe é muito gentil, sobretudo da recepção. O café da manhã é bom, mas para estadias maiores que 3 diárias acaba sendo repetitivo o cardápio. A localização é muito boa, bem em frente a uma estação de metro. Ducha de banho também é boa.
