駅チカ！！スタッフさんの対応は親切で最高でした！
Pros:

駅チカだしコンビニやファストフード店があったのは本当に便利でした。初めて泊まらせていただいたんですが、本当に最寄り駅すぐのとこで方向音痴の私でも迷いなく分かりました！コンビニがあったのは嬉しかったです！

Cons:

私が泊まらせてもらった部屋だけかもですが、後一つどこかにコンセントがあるといいなと思いました。それか配置場所...出入り口付近より、もう少しテレビやベッドサイド側にあると便利かなって。(私が見つけれなかっただけなら申し訳ございません)

まぁまぁ。
Pros:

朝食は非常においしかった。
スタッフの対応も非常に良かった。

Cons:

お風呂がついていることは良かったが不衛生と感じた。
とくに天井にカビが生えており、清掃が行き届いていないことがあった。

Great value for money; I'd definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. A few minutes' walk to the nearest train station, as well as stores, restaurants and Starbucks.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the staff that served breakfast. The eggs were soft boiled; I wanted hard boiled. Not only did the staff accommodate me, but they recognized me subsequent mornings and asked me how many hard-boiled eggs I wanted! Fresh towels and bottled water every day. Coin operated laundry in the basement, which I used once - worked fine. The air conditioning worked well; it was warm when I was there and I had no problem keeping the room at a temperature I wanted.

Cons:

It's Japan, the rooms are tiny. Nowhere to put my clothes and wasn't able to lay my suitcase flat on the floor. I ended up using half the bed for my clothes and slept on the other half. But as I understand it - this is the case for nearly all the hotels in Japan, so just need to set expectations going in.

とても満足
Pros:

部屋の丁度良さも寝心地にテレビもどれも非常に満足で浴場も綺麗でサービスのアイスもあってとても快適でした。

ロケーション、室内装備、朝食どれも良いと思います。
Pros:

千葉中央駅から1分少々に位置するので、食事には困ることない。部屋は綺麗で騒音もほとんど聞かれず。朝食はなかなかよく、その日はブラックカレーがあり、甘口ながらコクがあるのでついおかわりをしてしまった（笑）。

Cons:

不満というほどではないが、デスク前の椅子の脚には車のついている方が便利。座るために椅子を引こうとすると意外と重くて……
