安さを求めるならば良いと思います
Pros:

①近隣にコンビニ、飲食店、美術館や公園等あり雰囲気が良い。
②荷物預かり可、専用バスルーム、コインランドリー有りとしては安い料金。
③バスタオル交換が３日に一回かと思ったら毎日だったので安心した。

Cons:

③掃除がイマイチ、トイレやバスタブはキレイだけど茶托や電気ポットの蓋にホコリ、ウォシュレットパネルに誰かの髪の毛…
②コインランドリーとエレベーターが一台ずつなので時間にはかなりの余裕が必要。
