A very memorable stay at the Avisha Suites, the staff were friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service. We celebrated our wedding day using the function room at the Avisha Suites which was a wonderful experience for all that attended. Thank you

Dogs inside cages of a private property near the hotel keeps on barking day and night , reason why we couldn't get enough sleep.

The staff are friendly and approachable. But the neighbor private propery 2 dogs was put into cage and keep barking day and night and no owner live in the propery. Therefore we did not have a good night sleep/ rest.

Nice hotel but no wifi or working TV in the room. Location good, clean, service friendly and bit noisy from barking dogs

Not worth $55/night. Tv wasn’t working, no electricity had to wait for generator to kick in, no complimentary breakfast, not even coffee. Worn down room. Dirty. Not worth what you paid for

Mon expérience à Avisha Suite n'a pas du tout été bonne.
Mais ce n'est pas uniquement dû à cet hôtel.
Vous affichez des prix avec de soit disantes réduction mais en fait il n'en est rien.
Tout est faux.
Vous affichez des prix élevés barrés en essayant de nous faire croire que l'on peut obtenir une réduction allant jusqu'à 60 % mais tout cela est faux.
D'autant plus que arrivé à l'hôtel on se rend compte que leurs prix sont inférieurs à ceux affichés sur votre site même avec réduction.
Les hôtels sont complices de cette escroquerie.
Et vous n'êtes pas les seuls à faire ça car c'est en général le cas pour tous ces sites qui d'ailleurs enfreignent à peu près toutes les règles de commercialisation.
Quant à votre assistance nulle et les réponses que vous produisez c'est encore pire en médiocrité.
Nous sommes dans une époque dans laquelle les gens aiment bien se faire escroquer.
Ça compense le vide de leur existence.
Une justification à rester constamment collé sur le smartphone.
Je vous laisse complice de tout ça en tant que collaborateur ou initiateur de ces escroqueries.
Vous pouvez même revendiquer un professionnalisme.
Chacun son destin.

Great Stay cold get the wifi though out the building

The staff were super friendly and excellent customer service. Truly went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for an excellent comfortable stay and I give a massive thank you to the actual owner of the hotel for being so kind 😊 We will definitely return soon!

service was great, they provided extra pillow since we were 3, the location was not hard to find, they only serve breakfast so we need to go outside and look for foods. The only problem was the parking area because we only park at the streets nearby the hotel.

It's at the city center of Hinatuan so it's very convenient to go around. The property condition and facilities are really good. It's also very cheap. Worth the price.

Staff didnt speak english or Tagalog so service was bad

I had a good stay, everyone was helpful and flexible. We put a bottle of wine to chill in their refrigerator. When we took the wine back to our room, the staff, without being prompted, brought us wineglasses. Very much appreciated

L'hotel est bien mais le séjour a commencé avec une chambre pas propre l'équipe a ensuite passer un coup d'eau mais sans sérieux, du coup ma femme a demander un balais pour finir le travail.
Le reste du séjour séjour c'est mieux passé mais il y a eu quelques manquement indigne d'un hotel qui veut être de qualité (chambre pas faites, pas de bouteille d'eau et pas produit de salle de bain.
Pour finir aucune remise ne nous a était faites sur le lit enfant pour tout ces désagrément.
J'espere que toute l'équipe de l'hôtel fera de son mieux car l'hôtel pourrait être vraiment bien sans ces problèmes.
