Das Hotel vermittelt mit seiner üppigen Pracht und dem zuvorkommenden, zahlreichen Personal den Eindruck, im späten 19. Jahrhundert angekommen zu sein. Die Ausstattung ist opulent, ohne abgegriffen zu wirken.
Beim Frühstück gibt es außer dem Buffet, die Möglichkeit diverse Dinge in der Küche zubereiten zu lassen.
Wir hatten einen Mietwagen zur Verfügung. Mit dem Auto ist es etwas schwierig an dem Hotel vorzufahren.
Beautiful lobby, spacious room, nice view, very good breakfast.
Coffee amenities not complete. No cream or sugar for the coffee. Very sparse minibar. Plastic flowers with cobwebs in the window boxes were depressing. Room more like 4 star than 5 star in that sense.

The hotel ordered us a taxi to the airport. It charged 43euro, which was twice what we expected. It was a Sunday though, so there could be a surcharge.
A beautiful hotel right in the heart of Porto. Stunning public spaces in this hotel - beautifully curated. Made a great location to explore the city. Staff so friendly and proud of their city. Restoration has been so carefully undertaken. We loved the lift!

Da presença de caes na sala de pequeno almoço disseram que a direcçao teria assinado um qualquer protocolo de protecçao aos canideos.Porque nao proteger os farrapos humanos que proliferam nos portais da baixa do PORTO.Eu adoro caes e grande parte da minha vida vivi com eles.

Lo que sí creo que deberían tener un servicio de aparcamiento, un hotel de esa ta categoría deberían de llevarte el coche al aparcamiento y traértelo cuando de vayas.

everything was perfect
This hotel is absolutely lovely. The location is fantastic for walking around old Porto. The staff we very friendly and consistently helpful. The room and bathroom were large, updated and clean. Highly recommend!
The hotel is a great location with a short walk to the tourist hotspots. A 20 minute walk to the Pont Luis bridge. Staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel offers a lovely terrace area were you can enjoy a coffee in the sunshine. or a glass of wine. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. They offered a pillow menu which i thought was a nice touch. The interiors of the hotel were immaculate and stunning to walk around to look at. We didnt eat in the hotel so i cannot comment on the food but the dining room looked lovely, bright and spacious. my only complaint was that we didnt stay long enough. This is a highly recommended hotel.

The mini bar had an unusually poor choice. Just coca cola and water? No juices, no wine. No snacks. No chocolate. The breakfast, I missed tomatoes and cucumbers for a fresh option outside cheese and cold cuts. Quality of mattress was not good. Pillows not great. The garage costs 30 Euro per day, or for an overnight parking, it is the closest parking and the hotel has no own parking, nor valet. this is not ok for a 5 star hotel.
Great location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. A very comfortable room and bed. And the onsite restaurant (Scarlet) was phenomenal too.
There was a delightful cocktail shaker and beautifully glassware in the room, but, I didn't find alcohol and mixers in the minibar. But Scarlet downstairs made a terrific Negoni.
