L'emplacement, dans le centre historique. La décoration intérieure, pour partie de style art nouveau, bien mis en valeur.
L'acceuil, nous avons dû attendre notre chambre, alors que nous avions déposé nos valises à midi, et que l'on nous avait promis la chambre pour le début d'après-midi. A 15h30 , nous l'attendions encore.
Locatie zeer centraal. Prachtig hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Our family of 3 shared 2 rooms which were adjoined. (419 and 420)
Both rooms were beautifully decorated and well appointed. The amenities are great.
The location is perfect and the staff go above and beyond to be professional and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious.
Our only issues were very minor - not being able to get 2 of the soap pumps to work. We had to unscrew the caps, which seemed unsanitary, but was necessary. (We miss the days of individual bottles!) And we had a drain issue in room 420- a maintenance worker was sent the next day, but we had to keep turning the water and off during showers to keep the floor pan from overflowing.
Overall, we would absolutely book this hotel again- it is beautiful!
It amazing and all staff go the extra mile
Despite atrocious weather we had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had masses of choice and was tasty. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. It is in a good location too. A bonus given the weather was Scarletts -a cosy bar and restaurant within the hotel!
