Wonderful overnight trip
Pros:

Wonderful welcome. We had white port and a sweet delicacy while checking in.

Beautiful decor and very helpful staff.

The restaurant wasn't available the evening we were there as a private event was happening, but they kindly gave us a bottle of port instead!

Great location, just a short walk from the metro station.

Beautiful room and very comfortable bed.

Para un hotel de cinco estrellas deben mejorar mucho

Cons:

El bufé del desayuno muy poca variedad para ser un hotel de cinco estrellas,la habitación para ser una mini suite el tamaño muy escaso y lo peor de todo la habitación con muy poca luz no había halogenos y en el baño lo peor no te podías ni arreglar sin a penas luz ,la televisión estaba incorporada dentro de un espejo tenías que tener toda la habitación a oscuras porque si no había reflejos y no se veía y la tenían en un lateral de la cama en vez de tenerla en frente de la cama y tenías que estar sentada en una silla si no no la podías ver

A centrally located stunning hotel with friendly, professional staff
Pros:

An absolutely stunning hotel. It has been so tastefully renovated. Staff were attentive, friendly and professional. Room facilities were generous. Hotel room was beautiful, and very comfortable bedding. It was centrally located to all the touristy areas, yet very quiet at night. The hotel pool is a big bonus in summer!!!

Very beautiful hotel with nice historic design. The rooms are very nicely decorated. Comfy beds. Superb location. Kind staff.

Cons:

We found the lighting in the room (especially the bigger room (we had booked two different rooms)) was not sufficient. There is a separate sofa for lounging but there was no direct light to illuminate it. Reading light next to the table was also somewhat dim. The breakfast could also be a little better (e.g. more fruit on offer).
