They did arrange a reasonable alternate, but reneged on their commitment for which I paid months in advance.
Pros:

One day before we were supposed to check in, they cancelled our booking unilaterally and shifted to another hotel without an reasonable explanation

El silencio de los cuartos, muy cómodos y la atención del personal, especialmente de Louise, la cercanía a los medios de transporte y pude recorrer la ciudad en 1 día

Pros:

literie très confortable. établissement en travaux mais aucune gène pour nous. accueil très sympathique. le personnel est disponible et répond a nos demande . petit déjeuner copieux et varié. la salle du petit déjeuner cave voutée avec beaucoup de charme. La situation est parfaite proche de Montmartre; métro et bus à proximité.

Ok ok, close to Metro but small room
Pros:

Location, just cross the road to Rome station
This is non touristy place, for a now authentic location
Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Renovation was on, whole front of building was covered, no view out from window
Room was small for 2 people. I stayed alone so could manage
Bathroom has no ventilator or window
Cupboard is tiny, not enough even for one.
