Pros:

I liked the spa and pool

Cons:

I didn’t like how they were doing so much construction on the hotel and it made things harder to do. I also am sad CJs bar and grille isn’t there anymore.

Could have been WAY better.
Pros:

Location and the beds

Cons:

The property was under major construction and was not stated anywhere on the website that this was happening. Plus they advertised a restaurant that isn’t open. They are very good at taking pictures because the pool and arcade look NOTHING like the pictures. Also there are no food vending machines or a shop in the hotel.

Location, new remodel (though it wasn't finished), pool water temperature

Cons:

The staff was ok. Aloof a bit. Remodeling was in progress, so appearance was not up to par for the full price for the night. The lock on the bathroom door claimed the victim most of the family - it sticks out and if you are not very careful, it leaves a nasty bruise on the arm.

Construction going on that we did not know about, often the elevator being used by construction crew, two fire alarms in one day due to faulty equipment.

Pros:

I wish the booking sites had accurate information about some of the amenities not being available due to renovations. I strongly feel that I overpaid for the rooms. Other hotels around the general area had lower prices and more amenities

Pros:

Stayed with my wife grandson, Wallpaper is peeling of walls in numerous places
Very Rude staff My grandson said good morning to them they were not doing nothing
and did not say a word back. I would not go back even for half the price

Weekend Away
Pros:

Birthday getaway with friends. Although the hotel is under construction it was not disturbing and rooms very clean. Great location for walking to many great places in Plymouth.
