Kids love the pool.
The pool and hot tub was crowded.
Pool was great kids loved it.
Just the construction but understandable .
No Breakfast
Construction going on that we did not know about, often the elevator being used by construction crew, two fire alarms in one day due to faulty equipment.
I wish the booking sites had accurate information about some of the amenities not being available due to renovations. I strongly feel that I overpaid for the rooms. Other hotels around the general area had lower prices and more amenities
Stayed with my wife grandson, Wallpaper is peeling of walls in numerous places
Very Rude staff My grandson said good morning to them they were not doing nothing
and did not say a word back. I would not go back even for half the price
It was very comfortable and clean! Nice location, for food and shops
The restaurant was gone
Birthday getaway with friends. Although the hotel is under construction it was not disturbing and rooms very clean. Great location for walking to many great places in Plymouth.
Location
No closet in room to hang clothes
Breakfast left a little to be desired.
Loved pool, was farther from town than thought but quiet area lot of parking.
They charged us a $5 water fee? Leaving they said to use pool? We brought our own water and pool charge odd! They woke us up using drill unlock door across way. When we got to room we couldn’t get in! Keys didn’t work had go back downstairs. Tissue box only 1 tissue not new box and no hairdryer in room. To unstop drain have push down on it. Shower water didn’t get hot.
Pool and hot tub
Room was small for the cost. No breakfast offered.
We had a basic room with no amenities, view or charm and feel its high cost did not reflect what you provided.
The air conditioner was very noisy and interrupted sleep.
