コーヒーカップが部屋になく毎朝　白湯を飲む私には残念だった。モーニング会場で先にテーブルに使用中の札を置いて置いたのに戻ったら何処かの国の人がしれっと座ってた。
外人さんは札なんか見ない。

綺麗で快適。
Pros:

場所が国際通りの真ん中で便利、公設市場等も近い。
綺麗に清掃されていて、沖縄で7泊した中で1番綺麗だった。

Location,confort,facilities,i loved the vibe of this hotel. U van go blindfolded,it's a very nice hotel!!!!!

Cons:

Staff members were very nice but they couldn't give any informations about what to do,where to go.
The breakfast got me sick,i got it 3 times and got sick 3 times.
But overall this hotel is very good value for money and i ll definitely return!

エアコンの効き具合は定期的にチェックしてほしい（故障があり部屋を移動することになった）
Pros:

チェックインした最初案内された部屋のエアコンに不具合があったが速やかに別の部屋を準備して移動させてくれたのは助かりました、ありがとうございました

Cons:

最初案内された618号室は「エアコン」が故障していた、気づかずに入浴してしまい、入浴後エアコン（冷房）がきかなくて故障していることがわからなかったため暑くて苦しかった、フロントに連絡するとリモコンの電池を替えにはすぐにきてくれたがエアコン本体の故障でランプが点滅し続けていて変わらず暑いままで、つらかった、その後連絡したらようやく部屋を隣室のエアコンが効く部屋に変えてくれることになり荷物を運ぶのをスタッフが手伝ってくれて移動ができてその部屋は快適に過ごせたが・・朝になって元の部屋に慌てて移動したために忘れ物をいくつかしていたことに気づきスタッフに持ってきてもらうことになってしまった、今後宿泊する時には「エアコンが効くか？」「冷蔵庫は冷えるか？」等を入室後最初にどの部屋になっても確認する必要があるなと思いました
