Baitong Hotel & Resort

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel. The rooms, pool, gardens, staff - all facilities are fabulous. Cafe and restaurant, 24 hr mart next door. Rooms are lush and very comfortable.
Only thing that would make it better is a more vegan / vegetarian / plant based inclusive menu. Would definitely be returning for all future stays in Phnom Phen

Perfect visit in Cambodia. It was a great experience . big room with 2 beds. Staffs' so friendly and helpful... much appreciate recommended us the local markets and spicy shop. Unforgettable night cruise Dinner which was so joyful, so Amazing!!!

Favorite place! Comfortable and nice hotel for staycation out of our work at Sihanouk. It still be a very pleasant hotel, large and spotless room, specially the smell.

Our stay here was comparatively short so we didn't get the chance to make yee of the spa or pool, but I'm sure these facilities would have been delightful, given the care and attention to detail shown by the hotel's designers and staff. The Baitong is a quiet oasis and the atmosphere here is cool and very pleasant. It's situated in a perfect location for exploring the sights of Phnom Penh. The staff are unfailingly friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious with efficient air con and a huge shower cubical (no bath). The breakfast buffet is extensive and they also do short order items - pancakes, omelettes, and even a full English breakfast for those longing for a taste of home.

We would definitely come here again.

A beautiful, oasis hotel in city, greenery landscape with 2 amazing swimming pools. Feel was cool.

We were amazed at how friendly and courteous everyone was in Cambodia. The staff at the Baitong Hotel and Resort were no exception. They go out of their way to assure that you are taking care of, and they do it with a smile.

i had a very convenience accommodation in phnom penh city. very big room, staff assisted me to change my luggage to new room when i was out. very helpful and safely. Promise to come back when i come for my company business again.

Such a cozy place with relaxing vibes and delicious drinks , Really love the atmosphere here calm, clean, and refreshing. service quality really impressed me Roza , meng houy they are Friendly staff and so welcoming .

The drink was good and the barista roza and meng houy always welcomed us with a smile and the best matcha drink treated us very well The place smelled nice and relaxing to study here.

There is one problem in this area please kindly notice there are a lot of mosquitoes.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The room was noisy and poor quality. Although I requested a room change, the TV and internet weren't working, and the bathroom was leaking. Repairs took an hour, and the service was a constant source of frustration.

The hotel team's responsiveness was also poor. Neither the housekeeping department nor the manager were attentive to guest needs.

I requested compensation, and they gave me a 15 yuan voucher, claiming it could be used for room service. Upon check-out, I was told the voucher was invalid. My experience that day was filled with harassment, argument, and controversy.

They later offered only a 15-minute massage as compensation, and they limited the time, leaving me with no time to spare and no understanding to arrange alternatives.

This hotel demonstrates a profound lack of sincerity, adaptability, and poor staff training.

still a very nice hotel, spotless room and specious. We were always welcomed by well trained Front Desk and doorman - warm greet and smile always. we were changed to our preferred big room. Transportation are amazing and arranged well to out of city. My wife and i much appreciate!!!

A wonderful place to stay. Staff were extremely friendly and happy. Always met with a smile. Lovely rooms and the rooftop bar and spa facilities were fantastic. Special mention to Yumey and Samnang who were so attentive and made our last night so special.

I spent a month at Baitong Hotel & Resort and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. The rooms were spotless and really spacious, and having two pools felt like such a treat. What stood out most was the staff — they weren’t just professional, they genuinely cared about the guests from the moment I arrived. Add to that a perfect location, and it made my stay an absolute pleasure.

Excellent basis for discovering Phnom Penh and surrounding area, as well as for exploring the city. The staff in the hotel is very kind and deliver a great service, just the nice smell in the hotel and the smiles on the staff's faces makes you feel happy. The room was large and had all we needed, the rooftop bar has great cocktails in the lounge, the swimming pool with waterfall was great. Excellent service and great room/facilities, for sure we will come back when around. Highly recommended!
