Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to great restaurants, bars, sky bars, and many of the city’s top tourist attractions. The facilities are excellent, and I especially enjoyed spending time at the pool.

The staff were absolutely amazing friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made my stay even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated their hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location with excellent facilities and outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit!

A beautiful and distinctive hotel with some wonderful personal touches, but a few inconsistencies keeping it from being
Pros:

Beautiful and stylish hotel with very atmospheric rooms and some genuinely unique touches. The Samsung AirDresser and air purifier in the room were fantastic, especially while travelling. I also really liked the juice bar, steam room and the small service touches when arriving at the hotel. Breakfast had a good mix of Asian and Western options, including made-to-order dishes. A special mention to Kosal at breakfast, who was incredibly attentive, remembered my name, regularly checked whether everything was okay and always made time for a little conversation. She really stood out and made the stay more personal.

Cons:

English proficiency among the staff was quite inconsistent. At times, even relatively simple requests or modifications became frustratingly difficult to communicate, which I would expect to be better at a hotel in this price category. I also upgraded specifically for a room advertised with a jacuzzi and steam room. While the steam room was great, the “jacuzzi” was essentially a cold bath with relatively weak water jets and no temperature control, which I found misleading. To their credit, after some discussion the hotel did make an effort to compensate through other services. The breakfast pancakes and waffles were also extremely dry and did not taste fresh.

Pros:

This was our favorite stay in Phnom Pehn. The room was very clean, the location was walkable to many restaurants or an easy tuk tuk to anywhere, and breakfast was outstanding. Really, stay here because of the beautiful pools. That was a highlight.

Pros:

Nice design with lots of greenery. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

Cons:

The front desk staffs were not very friendly. The security guard and housekeeping staff were much friendlier and more welcoming.

They offered a complimentary spa treatment, which was a nice touch, but the spa staff focused too much on selling additional services, which felt quite obvious and uncomfortable.

Baitong can't be faulted.
Pros:

Baitong is in a great location for exploring Phnom Penh with some great locations a short tuk tuk ride away.

The hotel was like an oasis after exploring in the heat and business of the streets. The forest pool was a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy a cocktail.

Gym had enough equipment to get a good session in.

Staff even fixed us a beautiful packed breakfast for an early checkout.


Highly recommended.

Cons:

Can't fault the Hotel and staff.

Pros:

Stayed only one night, rooftop cocktails were great and the breakfast was great. The pool looked amazing, wish we had time to use it! Location was also good for restaurants and bars etc.
