פעם השלישית שלנו במלון! קבלנו יחס טוב בקבלה, כל בקשה שלנו נשמעה ונענתה מיד
אוכל טעים מאוד, מקלחת טובה , חדר מרווח
אווירה שקטה, מסלולי טבע ליד המלון מעולים, בידוד רעשים טוב ואינטרנט מעולה

Cons:

הגענו מאוד מאוחר בגלל נסיבות משפחתיות, חבל שאי אפשר להשאיר ארוחת ערב ארוזה, למרות ששילמנו על חצי פנסיון...
קצת התאכזבנו מהמרפסת של סוויטה : מרפסת גדולה , אבל ספסלים ונדנדה היו מלוכלכים עד כדי כך, שלא ישבנו, היו גם פרעושים של ציפורים.
בריכה מהממת, אבל עם נגיעות של עובש בצדדים.
גובים תשלום כל כך גבוה אבל הוא לא תואם, האמת לאיכות..

חוויה טובה, לא הרגשנו שקיבלנו תמורה מלאה למה ששילמנו

המקום היה ממש נחמד, אהבנו את השהות במלון, החדר היה מאוד נעים ומרווח, צוות נחמד

Cons:

רמת הניקיון לא הייתה גבוהה במיוחד.
פותחים את הדלת לסאונה הרטובה - ריח של עובש.
כמעט בכל כיסא (במרפסת בחדר ובדק של הבריכה) היה קקי של ציפורים וזה סתם לא נעים. יש הרבה מקומות לשבת בחוץ אבל חלקם מלוכלכים ברמה שמונעת מאורחים לשבת שם.
במקלחת בחדר הייתה פינה מלוכלכת ושחורה שהרבה זמן לא ניקו.
אורחים אחרים הזמינו אוכל לחדר והשאירו את הצלחות המלוכלכות במסדרון, שלא נלקחו משם במשך יומיים.

למרות החוויה הנעימה שלנו במלון הרגיש לנו שטעון שיפור כל עניין הניקיון ותשומת הלב לפרטים הקטנים

Everything we expected
Pros:

In general, it was clean , comfortable and away from the noise so it provided what we wanted

Cons:

When I arrive at a hotel, I want to be catered to. There were no bell hops to take our luggage , bad first impression. It’s a pretty isolated property so the only other issue is, they have no sundry store for the little things which you might have forgotten. Add the store and the bell hops and it’s a 10

The location is very good

Cons:

We didn't get the needed information at the reception. We didn't know about time dinner on saturday. No one informed about the time that was different from the time in information list. So we didn't get meals at all.
