Overall the hotel is ok, but our room was dirty (hair on bed, sugar on table etc.), shower smells from standing water

Great stay at Kedem Hotel!
Beautiful rooms, nice pool (although small), nice area, nice hiking options from the hotel, tasty breakfast, great staff, very accommodating and helpful (I wanted to have a few surprises in the room for my husband’s birthday and they helped with everything, they also helped with restaurant recommendations in the area), good massage.
The view includes not only nature but also some buildings and a farm and some tractors, and the music from the pool and the animal noises do permeate the room window (facing the pool).

Already at the reception they started us off on the wrong foot.
We arrived exactly at 3 pm. To our surprise the room was still not ready. The receptionist was clearly unhelpful to say the least. He said that the rooms are available "from" 3 pm. A claim that is disconnected from reality.
The reception representatives are indifferent and complacent and the guest experience interests them as little as a garlic peel. A small and crowded pool with few seats relative to the number of guests.
The word "shocking" is a compliment for them.
My recommendation: stay away from fire.

A pampering hotel, just come and relax Excellent food, everything is very quiet, pool, massage, view of the Carmel Mountains, everything is pastoral.. The hotel was wonderful, with a beutiful pool and rooms. The area is a little on its own. Im sure you can do great hikes but i didnt notice any orginized walking tours that would have been nice.

I would give it a 3.5. Room was spacious and comfortable and our porch had a nice view of Carmel mountains, score of 5. Only one outdoor pool which is very nice without chlorine, a plus. The pool design is very aesthetic. . No control over smoking which was all over pool area and not just in designated areas. No one cares and it was annoying. There are two broken jacuzzis outdoors and no indoor pool. we had 1/2 board. Thursday dinner was great. Breakfasts and Shabbat dinner were mediocre compared to other Israeli hotels. Buffet dishes were in general not hot enough. Restaurant Service was very cordial. Check in Lobby and bar area is designed nicely and dining room atmosphere is pleasant. The spa is nice but nothing special. The reflexology treatments were excellent. Many things in infrastructure were not 100% maintained.

should be noted that this is the first time I write a negative review about a hotel .
My husband closed the hotel for us early in honor of my birthday, we arrived and the hotel in terms of visibility was beautiful, but later in the evening we went down to have dinner which was really low level for a hotel that pays so much mainly we stayed more than two nights. We were very disappointed that the hotel was full of evacuees who didn't even bother to update us with this information. Apparently there is an effect on the level of investment in meals and the atmosphere, etc. . I was so hungry we ordered pizza from the area, it's a real shame for the hotel. At the end of our stay we expressed our opinion to the staff responsible, they shrugged off the criticism and claimed that they were actually complimented on the food. Next time we will think twice about recommending the hotel.



Amazing weekend!

We enjoyed the stay even in the midst of a war. It was lovely to get out of the norm and relax. The environment is super nice and the staff too. There were families from the south, but they were lovely and friendly. Overall a great hotel looking forward for calmer days.

Despite some bad reviews on here, I was hesitant at first.
As a frequent traveller this boutique hotel is an absolute gem of a place.
Hotel staff are absolutely amazing and hats off to Jerry!
Food : huge selection of foods and delicious
Pool: more of a plunge pool, shame it’s not bigger.
Front desk: Daniel an amazing guy!
All in all a wonderful experience and will return.

The service and the food was bad, we stayed in this hotel in the past and liked it, when we came back we relized that things have changed. When we talked to the director of the hotel and shared our bad experiance, he said that thats life😔e

Perfect for our requirements

Terrible service.
I paid extra 100 $ to have a bathtub and I got a round bathtub that u can’t lie inside.

The heating didn’t work at the hotel due to a problem that they couldn’t fix and it was a very cold night.
