Excellent choix pour visiter Naples en couple
Pros:

Une chambre magnifique, spacieuse avec une salle de bain extraordinaire. Vue depuis le 5eme étage fantastique avec plusieurs petites terrasses (chambre 502)
L’emplacement et la proximité du métro Duomo
La réceptionniste Gisela disponible du début à la fin et de bon conseil

Cons:

L’espace petit déjeuner assez petit et choix un peu restreint et répétitif
Attention travaux du métro au pied de l’immeuble

Rundherum freundlich betreut
Pros:

Wir hatten das orange Zimmer, sehr sauber, geräumig, hell und super schallisoliert. Man hört fast nichts von der Straße.
Gisella ist eine ganz besonders hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und hat uns auch gute Restaurants empfohlen. Außergewöhnlich für Italien ist das Frühstück, zu Ostern herrliche Colomba und selbstgemachter Casatiello von Angie, die uns immer freundlich bedient hat.

It was centrally located, very luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch and the staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room ac was not strong enough and when we opened the doors, mosquitoes flew in.

Great location and luxurious stay!
Pros:

We really appreciated Giselle staying late to meet us after our arrival time was significantly delayed. She greeted us with a smile and gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and sights to see. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Unique Stay
Pros:

Jon Lucca and Gisella were very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and cool. The fridge was extra stocked up. The shaving kit was a one of a kind amenity. They also had extra tooth brushing kits. One of the few places we have stayed in italy who also offered conditioner for our hair and we have been traveling through italy for 2 weeks staying at several places.

Cons:

The water temperature wasnt great. Certain parts of the day there was no hot water (probably due to the building). The laundry was very expensive (we did see prices ahead of time so we werent too shocked) and my jacket came back oily... plus it was smelling entirely too strong of like a perfume oil.

Pros:

Great service from Gisella and her catering lady. The breakfast was superb. The room was spotless and. Oden with a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Would have liked the room to be a little cooler and a little more space would have been nice.

Pros:

Sehr freundlich, Angie hat ein schönes Frühstück gezaubert, die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr gut eingerichtet. U Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die historische Altstadt.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas eng, ist aber Ok weil historischer Altbau nicht anders möglich.

Très bon séjour à Naples
Pros:

Suite confortable, avec une très belle salle de bain. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Excellente localisation pour visiter Naples à pied (à côté du centre historique et au pied d’une station de métro). Hôtes réactifs.

Cons:

Naples est une ville bruyante et nous avions un petit bruit de fond permanent (y compris la nuit à cause d’un chantier actif devant l’immeuble).

l’hôtel est parfaitement situé dans le centre juste à côté d’une station de métro, à 15 min de la gare et du port. chambre magnifique, comme les parties communes. excellente literie. très bon petit déjeuner. service et accueil parfait !

Pros:

Frühstück okay, Lage zentral, Zimmer nach hinten, daher sehr ruhig, Metrostation direkt vorm Haus, Altstadt und anderes gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr schönes Bad, Zimmer ebenfalls sehr schön eingerichtet

Cons:

Leider war der Warmwasserboiler an den letzten beiden Tagen defekt, daher kein warmes Wasser
