Goed en schoon hotel voor stedentrip.
Pros:

Goede locatie.
Schone kamer
Zeer goed ontbijt
Zeer vriendelijk personeel
Metrostation voor de deur.
Station trein op loopafstand.
Vliegveld kwartier met taxi of 30 minuten met bus en laatste stuk lopen.
Weinig op aan te merken.

Cons:

Kwestie van smaak maar vond de kamer wat donker ingericht.
De badkamer was ook al zo donker en dat viel extra op omdat die ruimte vrij klein bleek.
Andere inrichting/lichtere kleuren zou mij bevallen.
Niet heel storend daar je er alleen maar slaapt. Meeste tijd ben je in de stad.

Pros:

Schöne Ausstattung, super Lage, Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals, Hilfsbereitschaft, Angelinas Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch. Vielfältig, lecker, selbsthergestellte Dolci, wunderschön dekoriert. Eine Augenweide!

Localização muito boa, perfeita para ir a qualquer lugar da cidade a pé, mas também proximo da estação de trem e da chegada dos barcos; café da manhã excelente; equipe simpática e prestativa; quarto bonito e moderno

An excellent stay for my vacation!
Pros:

The location was central to my needs for my vacation. The staff was friend and very helpful. The breakfast was included and it was very good. The amenities and the room were exceptional. I highly recommend this location!

Cons:

As I was checking out the elevator took a while, but the staff went downstairs and met me to help with my luggage so again turned a negative into a positibe.

The room we stayed in was lovely super clean with everything you need bed was super comfortable and felt luxurious

It was great location close to everything you need the breakfast was lovely and staff really friendly I was given a drink on arrival and it was my birthday when I came back from a day in capri they put out a card and a cake in the room so lovely thank you Gisella 😘

perfect location, lovely special place
Pros:

Our stay in Napoli was easily our best experience yet! The suite was stunning, and that bathroom was a design dream. We were also so impressed by the room cleaning service—they did a flawless job every single day.
The breakfast is a must-try, but the heart of this hotel is the team. Huge thanks to Gisella, Angie, GianLuca, and the lovely room service ladies for being so welcoming.
Gisella deserves a special shout-out for helping us navigate the city and making our arrivals and departures seamless. And Angie, thank you for the wonderful chats in Italian every morning—it was the perfect way to start the day! 🫶

Pros:

Moderne og fine rom med det man trenger. God og variert frokost. Praktisk beligenhet rett ved metro og 15 min gange til togstasjonen. Selv om det er et travelt område med mye støy ute er det godt lydisolert, slik at man ikke merket det inne.
