Fantastisch, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Gisella en het hele team zijn ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De eerste dag bij het inchecken kregen we een heel volledige uitleg van wat we konden bezichtigen en op welke manier. Fantastisch! Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en gevarieerd. De dame die het ontbijt verzorgde was enorm vriendelijk. De ligging is top, 5 minuten wandelen tot het historische centrum, 10 minuten naar de haven, 15 minuten naar het station én voor het hotel bevindt zich een metrostation.

Cons:

Alles was positief, de kamer, de hygiëne, de ligging, de service, het team. Als ik 1 minpunt mag benoemen: de haardroger. Die blaast heel zwak. Met een dikke bos haar, is dat niet zo gemakkelijk :)

Struttura davvero valida che ha soddisfatto pienamente le aspettative e le esigenze. Cura dei dettagli che rendono il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ottima posizione, camera grande, letto comodo, bagno completo, colazione soddisfacente, personale disponibile e gentile.

Beginnend bei der sehr guten Kommunikation vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes durch Gisella.
Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Es ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichlich. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Para recomendar. Repetiremos seguro
Pros:

Impecable todo. La ubicación: impecable. Las instalaciones (nos subieron de categoría sin cargo y sin solicitarlo): muchísimo mejor de lo que esperábamos. Las comodidades… y sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal: un lujo. El día que llegábamos había paro de trenes; Gisella se comunicó con nosotros para darnos tranquilidad y ofrecernos alternativas para el check in. Cuando entramos al edificio había unos pequeños escalones hasta la recepción… Gisella al ingreso (y su compañero a la salida) llevaron nuestras valijas evitando esfuerzos. Gisella fue un amor brindándonos todo lo que precisábamos. Para nosotros, que es muy importante estar tranquilos y seguros con el lugar que reservamos…. fue genial. Si algún día volvemos por Napoles… repetiremos seguro.

Come a casa (o forse anche meglio 😉)
Pros:

Posizione centralissima in piena piazza Nicola Amore. La struttura si trova in uno splendido e curatissimo palazzo d’epoca: pulitissima e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Gianluca, il proprietario, è molto disponibile e, soprattutto, molto attento nei confronti del proprio ospite. La stanza che mi è stata riservata era superlativa: curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, molto pulita e con un letto comodissimo; il bagno dotato di un’ampia doccia e con set asciugami molto morbido. Direi che è una struttura dotata di ogni comfort.
Essendo celiaca, ho richiesto ovviamente la colazione senza glutine: non solo mi è stato riservato apposito tavolo per evitare possibili contaminazioni, ma c’era veramente l’imbarazzo della scelta che per una persona celiaca non è per niente scontato.
Angela, la signora che si occupa della colazione, è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Diciamo che in questa struttura ti senti veramente a casa. Super consigliata!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Montemartini. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The room was stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious.

The restaurant deserves a special mention — the food was outstanding, refined, and full of flavor. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had during my stay in Rome.

But what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Every single person was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. You immediately feel welcomed and valued, which makes all the difference.

This hotel perfectly combines elegance, comfort, and warmth. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more and I will definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommended.
