Pros:

Staff were friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Shower door and tiles had black mold. Room is a little dated (wallpaper, carpet, etc).

I did not have a good experience.
Pros:

Location was decent for purpose of travel. Restaurants near by.

Cons:

I booked a room with two queen beds but was instead given a room with only one queen bed and a sofa, which was disappointing right from the start.

The most concerning issue happened late at night. Just as we were about to fall asleep, the room phone started ringing. I didn’t answer, and about five minutes later there was a knock at the door. As I got up, someone began using a key card to enter and actually opened the door. When she saw me, she quickly apologized and said she was housekeeping and had tried calling first. I told her it was the middle of the night and questioned why she was attempting to enter an occupied room. She seemed flustered, backtracked, and left quickly. After that incident, I did not feel comfortable sleeping.

Breakfast was also disappointing. Within the first 15 minutes, most of the food was gone, and we had to wait quite a while for it to be replenished. In the end, we decided to leave and get breakfast elsewhere.

Overall, this stay was quite frustrating and unsettling.

The staff was amazing!! Seen lots of staff working together...maintenance, booking reception, cleaning staff and breakfast cooking and cleaning staff.

Cons:

Needed more towels available at pool. There was 2 available Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning there was 1 towel available. I realize and understand it was March break and lots of children.
Wish hot tub was bigger.

Walk through the lobby to Kelseys is a bonus.

Great mini-vacation, on Peterborough's Strip, with easy access to shopping & restaurants. :-)
Pros:

All the staff were very friendly, and courteous. Clean facilities, great room layout, and breakfast was delicious. Pool looked nice, but didn't get to use it. Excellent location, near many restaurants and shopping, on 'Lansdowne Strip'. Awesome to allow pets too, with my young cat from LAWS. 🥰🐈‍⬛
