Pros:

Our stay was absolutely perfect from the very first minute to the last. The rooms were spotless, the pool was beautifully clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety.
A special thank you to the staff for being so helpful and accommodating with our daughter’s food allergies—their willingness to assist with everything made us feel completely safe and cared for. All the services and facilities exceeded our expectations.
Everything was simply flawless, and we will definitely be coming back!

Poolen er fantastisk Ikke så stor og sol til kl 16 på stolene

Opgraderet værelser , men kun en mand fra personalet reception var hjælpsom ikke de andre medarbejder da de ikke var god kundeservice

0 reproche au niveau de l'hygiène. C'était propre et les serviettes de chambre sentent très très bon

Le petit déjeuner était en dessous de mes attentes. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup de choix. Les boissons n'étaient pas bonne et le café non plus. Pourtant les petits déjeuners turcs sont connus pour être très bon

Lovely small boutique hotel if you are looking for a quiet hotel.
Pros:

I would recommend this hotel, facilities were very good, breakfast had a great selection of food. They had a spa area where you could book treatments, free access to a private beach with free sun bed, umbrella and waiter service. The pool was lovely, not overcrowded and always had sun beds available throughout the day. Rooms were cleaned regularly or you could have everyday if you pressed a button which lit up outside the room to request a clean. They had their own coffee shop next to the hotel, milkshakes were lovely. There were a few restaurants near hotel or walking distance. A shopping centre with more bars, restaurants which is a 6 min taxi ride.

Personalen var behjälplig när vi bad om att byta rum eftersom de första rummet vi fick luktade rök utav cigaretter, nära till stranden.

Cons:

Städningen var inte bra den dagen vi fick rummet, gick 1-2 meter med mina svarta strumpor som blev vita utav smuts/damm. Andra dagen bad jag städerskan rengöra golvet och det blev lite bättre, men man ska inte behöva säga till. Läget är långt ifrån det ”bästa” om du vill utforska, se runt där människor rör sig runt.

Pros:

Kedves és barátságos személyzet fogadott, akik még a külön kérésünket is rugalmasan és segítőkészen kezelték. A szobák modernek, jól felszereltek és nagyon kényelmes az ágy is, ami plusz pont. Minden nap délelőtt kérésre takarították a szobákat és ágyneműt is cseréltek. A képek teljesen a valóságot tükrözik. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!

Rubbish the rooms are not cleaned daily as expected staff charging for one cup of ice is a joke

Room cleaning was once in the full week the staff tried to charge me 70lira just for a cup of ice very bad staff not very polite my toliet was broken keeping us up at night the room was frezzing cold at night with one little thin blanket

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’hôtel est moderne, les chambres sont confortables, les espaces communs sont propres et la piscine est très agréable. En revanche, les transats restent souvent en désordre toute la journée, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’entretien.

Plusieurs points nous ont cependant déçus. Le ménage est réalisé à des horaires très variables et parfois de manière insuffisante, avec notamment des oublis comme le papier toilette. À notre arrivée, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons dû le signaler à deux reprises avant qu’elle soit réparée.

La restauration est un autre point faible. Aucun repas n’est proposé directement par l’hôtel le midi et le soir. Il faut commander via un QR code, mais les prix sont élevés pour une qualité et des portions décevantes. De plus, nous avons attendu près d’une heure avant d’être servis.

Le petit-déjeuner manque de choix, notamment en produits sucrés, et le personnel n’est pas toujours organisé. L’eau n’était pas systématiquement réapprovisionnée et nous avions parfois l’impression de déranger en la demandant.

Certains services annoncés sur Booking ne correspondent pas vraiment à la réalité. La location de voiture et le change n’étaient pas assurés directement par l’hôtel, ce qui a été décevant.

L’emplacement est assez isolé : il y a peu de restaurants, peu d’activités et peu de choses à faire à proximité sans prendre un moyen de transport.

L’insonorisation est également insuffisante. Nous entendons les couloirs, les bruits extérieurs ainsi que les avions, ce qui peut être gênant. De plus, l’hôtel ne dispose que d’un seul ascenseur, ce qui entraîne régulièrement plusieurs minutes d’attente.

Enfin, le personnel est dans l’ensemble correct. Certains employés sont très serviables, mais d’autres se montrent peu souriants, parfois nonchalants et peu accueillants.
