Fabulous and friendly

The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The spa is amazing and the breakfast is spot on too, lots of choices

I had a perfect stay at this hotel. All the staff were incredibly helpful and lovely throughout my visit, which really made a difference.

I had a small issue with my room initially, but it was handled very efficiently and I was moved to a new room the very next day without any hassle.

The reception staff were especially kind and helpful at all times, and the lady from the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming, making each meal even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options available and different choices offered each morning, which kept things interesting. The pool area was also lovely—clean, relaxing, and well-maintained.

A special mention to the cleaning staff, who were fantastic. My room was cleaned promptly every time I requested it, and always to a very high standard.

Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé, il y a pleins de commerce autour et de restaurant sans que ça soit une zone trop touristique. C’est un quartier calme et agréable. Les chambres sont parfaites et propre et le personnel est très agréable et toujours disponible.

The stay at the Awen Hotel was very good, the staff was always friendly and helpful. You can book activities directly at the hotel, and there is also a shuttle service to certain beaches, which worked perfectly! Very clean and quiet rooms. Very satisfied with this choice.
