Aweful experience. Will never go back to ANY Hotel des Gouverneurs.
Pros:

The beds were the only thing that was good about the place. And lots of towels, another plus.

Cons:

Staff was awful - forced friendliness. Didn’t appear to enjoy working there. Room was extremely out of date. Bathroom was the worst; the door was « chewed up » at the bottom. Loud hinges, and didn’t lock. The sink outside of the bathroom is a terrible concept. Shower filled the tub to our ankles while washing and took forever to drain. Toilet tank would refill every 6 minutes - obvious leak somewhere… The floor we were on (3rd floor) was closed just passed our room for major construction work. Housekeeping knocked on our door (and opened it! Thank goodness for the latch I had secured the night before) at 10:45 am wanting to clean the room. Checkout is at noon. Overall, awful experience.

The property is frozen in time. Very old and not a good value for your money.
There are couple of moderne hotels in the same area that look way better and at better price.

Pros:

Le personnel était fantastique. le stationnement etait parfait. L'ascenseur fonctionnais.

Cons:

la chambre etait d'un état médiocres. Mur défoncer, bain qui s'évacue pas, salle de bain salle, lit pas confo, le frigo fait un bruit de l'enfer.

Une chambre des année 1980.

Malgré cela très bien à un prix raisonnable.
Pros:

Le déjeuner était très bon et le personnel autant au resto qu'à l'hôtel était serviable et attentionné.
Chambres très propres et confortables.

Cons:

Décor( lumières de têtes de lits et lampes, ternies) et mobilier vieillots (petits fauteuils avec trous et garnitures usées).

Confort emplacement mais chère pour ce que c’est
Pros:

L’emplacement je travaillais à 3 min à pied
Mes interactions avec l’accueil

Cons:

1- les cartes magnétiques qui ne marchent pas
2- le bruit durant tout mon séjour à l’étage (travaux ?) pas du tout reposant
3- l’équipement pour le PRIX, est obsolète

Pros:

Les personnes à la réception étaient vraiment polis et leurs services de haute qualité. La chambre confortable et bien située pour mon objectif professionnel.

Cons:

Le cuisinier qui est arrivé à 6h45 à son travail à l'aise au moment où la cuisine aurait du être disponible à partir de 6h30 pour un déjeuner précommandé et le serviteur qui m'a audacieusement proposé de l'emballer pour que je l'emporte à mon rendez-vous professionnel au moment où le taxi m'attendait en dehors de mon hôtel.

Proximité de la rue principale

Cons:

Chambre sans propreté.
Le bain, résidus de… je ne veux pas savoir.
Un petit tas de « cheveux » trouvé sous les oreillers.
Machine à glace en panne, comme les deux ascenseurs.
Aucune compensation pour la chambre insalubre.

Très bel accueil , l’emplacement est wow et le stationnement sous terrain super !

Cons:

État de la chambre très poussiéreuse et la tablette devant les ascenseurs aussi .
Jupe de lit sale ( même tachée de sang)
Salle de bain très poussiéreuse et le support à papier de toilette était rouillé. Aucune ventilation et la toilette coulait .
Tapis dans les chambres, plafond en stucco et la déco vintage, mais de mauvais goût.
Cet hôtel a besoin de beaucoup d’amour !

Déçu de notre visite. Pas certaine si nous retournerons l'année prochaine.

Personnel sympathique et aidant. Lieu physique pour nos besoins.

Cons:

Détérioration depuis mon séjour l'année passé. Manque de propreté de la chambre. Mur de l'évier sale avec des tâches. Très sale sous le lit. Lit pas bien fait dès l'arrivée. Manque d'attention aux petits détails. Semble avoir eu plusieurs dégâts d'eau ( tuile changé) (tapisserie mal refaite). En général, beaucoup moins propre.
