For apartment reservations: A deposit of €150 is requested. The property will charge you upon arrival by credit card and will refund the amount 7 days after check out. Nothing really, everything was good
We really enjoyed our stay at Acta The Avenue. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, the room was spacious with everything you need for comfortable stay, amazing breakfast with so many things to choose from, great view from the rooftop bar. The hotel is a short walking distance from the center, located in quiet area with couple bars, restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner. Highly recommend this place, will definitely stay here again when we are back in Porto 😊

Localização, fácil acesso a pontos turísticos e facilidade de locação andando, ônibus, uber, táxi.
Nada a reclamar.
The acta venue é um hotel super confortável, cama maravilhosa, excelentes amenidades, café Nespresso no quarto e todo o silêncio que você precisa para uma boa noite de sono. A localização é um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos de Porto para ir caminhando, mas nada demais. Não tivemos café da manhã por conveniência. Queríamos aproveitar as padarias de Porto.
Um ponto desfavorável é que chegamos às 10 horas no hotel, depois de um voo saindo de Recife-PE, com duração de 8 horas e na madrugada de sexta para sábado. Quando chegamos na recepção, a atendente nos prometeu que liberaria o quarto ao meio-dia, pois já estava em processo de limpeza. Creio que confundiram essa informação. Voltamos ao hotel para dar entrada no quarto e ainda não estava pronto. Caminhamos bastante para poder tomar um banho e descansar para nada. Tivemos que aguardar de novo, por mais 3 horas até ser liberado às 15 horas. Sabíamos que o check in estava previsto para às 15 horas, no entanto havia uma promessa de liberação mais cedo, o que nos causou um desgaste maior por ir e voltar dos pontos turísticos duas vezes, sem necessidade.

Jeśli szukasz spokoju i ciszy w ciągu dnia to raczej nie tutaj - przynajmniej przez najbliższe kilka lub kilkanaście miesięcy (03.26)
W bezpośredniej bliskości hotelu jest ogromna budowa, wiercenie, stukanie i dudnienie młotów pneumatycznych od samego rana do wieczora (również w soboty). Jeśli więc jesteś rannym ptaszkiem i nie spędzasz dużo czasu w hotelowym pokoju to nocleg tutaj będzie bardzo udany. Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne, czysto, ogólnie miejsce godne poziomu czterech gwiazdek.
Do poprawy są śniadania. Nawet nie ilość produktów ale sposób przyrządzania.
Jajecznica to jakiś DRAMAT. Może niech kucharz się przejdzie do jakiegokolwiek, innego, nawet zwykłego hotelu i zobaczy jak można podać to nieskomplikowane danie. To co podają w Acta The Avenue to papka z jajek nawet bez grama soli. Poza tym jeśli się już płaci za śniadania to nie powinno być tak, że chcąc zamówić jajko sadzone musisz dodatkowo płacić - to powinno być w standardzie.
Quartos de boas dimensões. Bem insonorizados. Com excelentes profissionais e sempre acolhedores e dispostos a ajudar.

O espaço do rooftop podia ser mais bem aproveitado. Tem uma excelente vista

Śniadania z pewnością sa elementem, który można poprawć niewielkim nakładaem.
