We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent—although not in the city center, it was situated in a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood. The room was spotless, and the ladies who helped us throughout our stay were so kind, friendly, and welcoming.
While our stay was very enjoyable overall, we felt the reception experience could have been a little warmer. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, but we had expected a more welcoming atmosphere upon arrival, especially given the excellent reviews we had read beforehand. This is only a minor observation, as everyone was professional and willing to assist when needed.
Nice hotel close to Porto downtown. Room was spacious and comfortable as well as clean. Staff were friendly and polite.

Great value for money. The hotel was nicely decorated and felt welcoming throughout. The location was convenient, just a short walk to everything I needed, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay enjoyable. Overall, a good experience and I would happily stay here again.
There were no shower facilities available for guests arriving early or departing late, which would have been very useful. I also experienced some issues with the room’s electricity/card system, as it kept cutting out and needed resetting several times. While these issues didn’t ruin my stay, they were a little inconvenient.
