Very good option in Goreme
Pros:

The restaurant on the terrace has incredible views and is very convenient. You can get food anytime and the server is a such kind gentleman, it was a pleasure to meet and talk to him.

Cons:

bath towels are in urgent need of replacement

La gente hace la diferencia
Pros:

La gente atendiendo es super amable, el lugar además tiene un lugarcito en la terraza para desayunar y se puede almorzar o cenar a un costo recomentadble (además de ser bien atendidos). El hotel está bien ubicado, las habitaciones son amplias. Hay que prestarle un poco más de atención al mantenimiento (acolchados, canillas, etc). Estuvimos alojados con un grupo de 10 amigos y la estancia fue muy buena.

Cons:

Reforzar mantenimiento de instalaciones en las habitaciones.

Central but peaceful with lovely rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

This is a lovely small hotel on a side street. The view over town from the breakfast room is lovely. It felt like a genuinely nice place to stay, cosy rooms, helpful staff, they even packed us breakfast to take with us when we had an early drive to the airport.

Habitación grande, con buena iluminación y baño de buen tamaño.
Muy amables y buen trato hacia nosotros, llegamos de madrugada y sin problema nos lo adaptaron todo.
Se puede coger con ellos excursiones y tener buenas experiencias.

The positivity from the staff made this hotel, always smiling and great atmosphere
Pros:

The staff were great, really friendly, from the moment we booked, Sayed the manager was in contact to make our journey to the hotel easy. He was so helpful and made our stay extra special amd easy. It felt like home with him and all the lovely staff there . They are so helpful.
