Convenient location comfy bed and pillows
Pros:

I stay here because the beds and pillows are comfy.

Cons:

The elevator was out at this visit. And I was on 3rd floor. I have heavy medical equipment that I had to carry.

After checking i was advised that the elevator was not working i asked for a first floor room due to recent foot surgery the clerk stated she was sorry but she didn't have any units on first floor understood my demise nevertheless less she ignored my request front desk clerks were not sympathetic and rude

It was close to the event that we were attending

Cons:

I didn't like that I spent a lot of money for 2 double queen rooms for 3 nights and we spent 10 hours in a cramped vehicle and when we finally made it to the hotel we were told that they couldn't find my reservation and could not accommodate us. We couldn't find another hotel that could accommodate us for the 3 nights but we did find one for 1 night with 2 dbl queen rooms and we took it because we were exhausted.

Cons:

That the elevator was broken and we had to walk up three flights of steps when I asked for the shuttle to the airport. The man told me that in the morning at 5 o’clock I needed to come down to confirm it, and I asked him to call the room he said he couldn’t do that. I didn’t like the fact that my husband has bone cancer and for him to walk up three flights of steps causes him a lot of pain and the man. The gentleman told me that there was no other room available. I didn’t like that the pool had no towels in it and the gentleman that checked us in knew there was four hands me three towels.

Pros:

It was next to a Meijer, so we were able to buy breakfast. The “free breakfast” was non existent. You were lucky to get coffee if you arrived at 7:30 a.m.

Cons:

1. We were there five days with a non working elevator! We never saw anyone working on it. 2. Our door key was continuously resetting so we would have to go up and down 3 fights to have the door key code reset. Two other guests who we happened to see in the hallway complained about the same thing. 4. The free continental breakfast was not available on all five days of our stay. We would arrive at the dining area twenty to thirty minutes after opening and there was nothing. The hotel is independent from Raddison.

Location was close to the airport

Cons:

Elevator broken, and the key was not working so walked with my suitcase 3x up and down, unclean outdated room where items looked damaged. Sheets on the bed looked very wrinkled and weird pillows. Horrible coffee and breakfast only waffles or scrambled eggs. Airport shuttle was complicated to arrange. Staff was not helpful. The whole hotel looks outdated and dirty.

Was not clean. Elevator was broken had to carry everything up stairs ourselves. Curtains did not close and light shined in all night making it hard to sleep. Towels hanging in bathroom were wet.
