I waited for 15 min before the desk clerk came in firmo outside. The only reason he can in was because tge phone was ringing and it was me trying to get waited on. He then told me I did not have a reservation. I showed him the confirmation and he looked at me and said it was Booking.com’s problem. Found it interesting since I checked in with staff the day before and I had a reservation.
Breakfast was yummy, nobody bothered me, staff was kind and it was easy to book.
Kind of dirty, elevators didnt work and heard dogs barking a lot.
The pool was warm and relaxing
The pool area didn't have any clean towels. The pull out sofa was missing all the linens to make it up to be used. The front desk staff was missing most of the time sitting in the back room but put out a sign stating they were helping other guests. The room key kept deactivating. Waited 45 minutes in lobby for staff to come back to redo room key. Didn't like that there was no bath tub just a shower. Was difficult to bathe my small child in the shower. Two of the lamps didn't work. Elevator has some issues. Made it feel as if you were trapped inside and very jerky to ride on. Especially for someone who recently had major back surgery. The bed wasn't comfortable. The pull out bed was broken on one side at the bottom. The staff started arguing with guests visiting in wheelchairs. Didn't think that was very good guest service.

Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were put into a handicap room as fully able people and it made the stay less accomidating. Breakfast was a solid 1/10
We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson numerous times and loved it. We have never stayed at this location and I would not recommend booking this location through booking as you may not get the correct room.
We booked a king suite with sofa bed and were given a normal sized room with king bed. We booked the king suite for a reason of needing the extra space and privacy. The hotel could not accommodate the room we booked so we left and booked the same room at a different country inn and suites location. Service could not accommodate on hotel end or bookings end. I would suggest giving your business to Deposit Drive location as they promised the subcontract with booking.com. I will also not be using booking.com in the future. It is near impossible to go through the refund process as I am either hung up on or told they will contact me in 48 hrs. 48 hour window passes with no correspondence and the process starts from the beginning.
