Will make sure that the phone is closed to my bed in the case of an emergency. Not somewhere across

The first morning the breakfast was really good. The second morning not so much. The Canadian beacon was over cooked and dry.

Cons:

I woke up at about 2:30 am to the sound of a woman screaming. It appeared to be a domestic violence issue. I was scared to death. Because the phone was not close to the bed and I was scared to turn on the light I got out of bed and fumbled around to the phone but couldn't see the number 0 to call the front desk. I quietly went back to my bed scared to death hoping for the day light. After about 5 or 10 minutes the situation stopped. I went back to my bed turned my head towards the door and at some point closed my eyes and fell to sleep.

Pros:

The front desk person, I believe her name was Lena, was absolutely amazing! I was disappointed in the breakfast options and the lack of choices. They also had no cereal bowls. When we asked for them, they said they were getting "washed," but when they finally put some out, they were Styrofoam bowls. So why didn't they put those out earlier?

We were very disappointed in the breakfast options and the lack of choices! There were only 2 warm options and the same options both days. We have stayed at many Hyatt hotels & hotels with free breakfast, and this was the worst buffet we have seen. They also had no cereal bowls. When we asked for them, they said they were getting "washed," but when they finally put some out, they turned out to be Styrofoam bowls. So why didn't they put those out earlier?

It was very roomy and comfortable. If was in the area again I would stay there again.

I loved the location all the the stores that are located around the area was very easily to get to and find

Cons:

The rooms was not properly maintained one room the toilet was leaking
#307 water was over the floors
#310 the tub stopper was broken
And the pool was ice cold
But overall besides those small adjustments that needs to be made my maintenance it was a great stay!!!

The front desk receptionist was awesome she was doing 3-4 jobs and still smiling she needs a raise ❤️😍🥰

Great place for an overnight stay
Pros:

Everything was great for the most part. The only reason not 5 stars was the pool was SO COLD! The water wasn’t heated even though it was warm in the pool area. Breakfast was included for free, there is a Buona Beef and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

Great Stay Overall… Just a Few Small Improvements Needed
Pros:

I had a really enjoyable stay overall and would definitely come back. The room was clean and well-equipped… having a microwave and coffee setup in the room was convenient. I appreciated the safe being discreetly tucked under the sink. The large mirror with bright lighting was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice, there were plenty of towels, and the walls did a great job of dampening sound, which made the stay feel more private and relaxing.

The lobby area was welcoming, and I liked the snack section… it was well stocked with just about anything you might need. Breakfast was good overall. I especially enjoyed the sausage links and the bread. The only downside was the scrambled eggs, which tasted a bit too processed for my liking. Everything else was great.

The staff was wonderful. I didn’t catch their names, but two of the women at the front desk were especially helpful, kind, and professional. They made the experience even better.

If I had to suggest improvements, I’d recommend allowing the heat in the rooms to go just a touch warmer… I was a little chilly the first night… and adding a few more washcloths to each room, as there were only two provided. But plenty towels.

Overall, staff was great, room was great, bed was great, and the price was great too. I’d definitely stay here again.

Bug hotel
Pros:

I thought i rented a double room 2 beds. Nope large room with a Twin bed and a Sofa bed . The pool area and water was very cold. The worst part were bugs. Roaches in the room and roaches in the hallway of main floor.
