Breakfast was great.
The property overcharged us an additional nights due to not confirming with the three party that are stay had already been paid for. They refused to help us and the money wasn’t released immediately.
Rooms didn't have microwaves
Doesn't have microwaves in room. Thats an inconvience and they doesnt get cold as they should
We stayed here for 6 nights for a roller derby tournament. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The exercise room was adequate for a quick work out. The location was convenient and there is a very nice business park with small lakes and a path just a couple of blocks away. There are a couple restaurants next door, the Italian one was very good. Not far from stores, restaurants, etc.

It has been over two weeks since I requested an invoice, yet I haven't received any reply.
I had to search for quite a while because there was no information on who to contact.
Great location that was close to the airport with plenty of food options nearby. It was clean and the staff were friendly.
The free breakfast was decent just wish there was more hot options like scrambled egg and bacon
The breakfast selection was better than expected, with a good variety of options and quality that exceeded most comparable hotels. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were noticeably worn and dipped on one side, which left us waking up with back pain each morning. For a Hyatt property, I expected much higher-quality bedding and mattresses. We’ve stayed at other similarly priced hotels and found their beds to be significantly more comfortable.
We stayed here for a week in June 2026. Location of this hotel is great as it was close to Woodfield shopping mall, Walmart & Swami Narayan Mandir. A shuttle within 5 kms took us to these areas conveniently. It also dropped us to the metro station closeby to connect to Chicago downtown areas. The hotel staff was very attentive to our needs. The front desk staff esp Divya & Riya were very cooperative. Free Breakfast was continental & sufficed our needs though we missed having potatoes or any vegetables any day. All in all a good vacation & we would like to stay here again.
We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly kind, and the breakfast was quite good. Parking was easy, too. Highly encourage everyone to stay!

Some of the guest were a little too loud, and the slamming of doors. Nothing they could control.
Honestly, our prefer Hotel was always Holiday inn and we were never disappointed, this time I was trying to give a chance Hyatt as I used stay in Florida on Vacation. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed.

Guy at check-in was overworked supposedly, obviously underpaid and didn't give a thing about customer service.
AC in room is super noisy and hotel itself is very loud. You hear every door, every bathroom activity above and below you.
Water pressure in shower is virtually non existent.
Clean, quiet and a nice area. Overall a great stay. It can be a bit of a hassle getting to the city due to traffic but I knew that going in. I would definitely stay here again.
