Абсолютно всё! Особенно хозяйка — невероятно заботливая, душевная и внимательная. Она помогла нам выбрать лучшее место, чтобы встретить рассвет и наблюдать за воздушными шарами — это было незабываемо! Завтраки просто чудесные: настоящий турецкий стиль, всё свежее и с любовью приготовлено. В номере уютно, тепло и очень чисто. Интерьер аутентичный, с атмосферой старинного каменного дома, но при этом со всеми удобствами.

Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr toll, die Umgebung herrlich und leicht zu begehen.Wir haben uns spontan für das Hotel entschieden und waren mehr überrascht als was wir uns vorgestellt hatten.Die Frau Aygül führt den Hotel Konzept und war eine sehr nette, zukommende und hilfsbereite Dame, die uns auch alles sehr gut organisiert hat. Bespiel das Abendessen beim Restaurant Hezen und die Tour mit den Quadbikes zu erkunden.Natürlich hatte Sie uns auch Vorgeschlagen in der Früh rechtzeitig die Ballons in Göreme zu besichtigen.Es war leider nur eine einzige Nacht die wir verbracht haben, aber wir sind sehr Glücklich das wir eine sehr gute Entscheidung getroffen haben und würden beim nächsten mal Definitiv wieder hier her kommen.Vielen herzlichen und lieben Dank für das Service und Engagement Frau Aygül.

Vi har vært på mange hotell, dette kommer vi til å huske for alltid. Tenk å få bo i en grotte! Vertinnen var super hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. Organiserte og fikset.

It's was just amazing in every way. Our host, Aygül, was incredibly experienced and attentive, always welcoming us with a smile, and we felt at home immediately.

Great, fresh and abundant breakfast and a great view of Ortahisar's Castel from the terrace.
The room was a REAL cave, beautiful, cosy, very private, chill, and clean.
Good wi-fi, tv, and a fridge.

Aigul was extremely helpful and a great host. The entire experience was surreal and I highly recommend the Iris Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

It’s a cosy place for a short stay in cappadochia . Ideally located few minutes drive from main Goreme town , this is a wonderful place to stay .
The owner , Aygul, is the most gracious and friendly host ever ! She has a great sense of taste and has done up the cave room so beautifully and every detail is taken into consideration.
She is very kind and always ready to help . You just have to ask her and she will do her best .
Her pet , Coco was the cutest and we simply adored her !
We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel and I highly recommend this place .

Room was excellent. Big enough for my family of 5 to stay comfortably for 3 days. Aygul served a very good breakfast both days we were there to eat and on our 3rd day when we had to check out early she gave us something to take on the road, which was very kind of her. She also helped to book us hot air balloons and ATV, which was a huge help.

The hotel was amazing. Unique . The personal touch of Ms. Aye-Gul (the owner) was fantastic . Great breakfast . She personally gave us a tour and also got us great discounts for hot air ballon ride and other activities. The best place to stay in Cappadocia. I will never forget the lovely ayegull . She made everything so wonderful. I will definitely come here again and recommend everyone to visit with family.

We were very impressed with this cave room. It’s unique and clean. The location is also near to town and easily accessible to tourist places. Aygul was very friendly and helpful during our stay. She helped us in booking our red tour and taxi to and from airport. Would love to visit again.

Amaizing personal (Mrs. Aygül), clean rooms, delicius and very rich and fresh breakfast. You can reach best (and cheapest) Shops in whole Cappadocia on foot right from hotel + amazing/adrenalin Ortahisar castle (entrance only 50TL for adults)! My recommendation to all, that are searching for vacation in Cappadocia!
PS: Mrs. Aygül speaks fluently also English and Germain, so also our kids could speak with her on Germain language. In addition, she has many connections with activities in Cappadocia (e.g. ATV Quads, fly with baloon etc.) and can arrange best discounts and prices for her guests, especially for fly with a baloon!
