Low toilet, toilet paper location. Too soft mattress, no grab bars in shower. Quilts on bed are too heavy.,safe is located on floor of closet which is had to use
Omg where do i start! Looks great on outside we had the best 1 bedroom suite available with a view (small) thought it had kitchen—-nope it did not! View of lake was ok. Price for what you got NO! Right by the bridge and the loudest inside hotel we have ever EVER stayed in——paper thin walls.
The room next door - we heard their entire conversation about their dinner and how bad it was, to every plan they had for today.
There was only 1 elevator and it was at one end of the hotel. Been here, done that and NEVER EVER again.....................It literally like we were sleeping on HWY 75........BECAUSE we WERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Breakfast because both omelettes were vegetarian. I usually don’t have much to pick from at other hotels, so I was delighted. The walnuts were a great protein option for me (35-year vegetarian), too. My husband enjoyed the cookies. I loved the coffee machine that grinds the beans fresh (like I do at home) and offered decaf, which is the only coffee I can drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We also liked that we could hook up our DVD player to the TV. Some hotels have TVs that don’t enable this. We liked that we were on the first floor because we rarely get a 1st-floor room.
A bit of a stretch, but vegetarian bacon or sausages could’ve been on the breakfast bar. It was hard to regulate the temperature; the thermostat was confusing.
We especially appreciated the excellent service provided by the hotel receptionist. She kindly arranged transportation for us to the ferry to the island, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.
None
Comfiest beds and pillows
Pool area and hot tub were really gross - there was obvious grime built up along the water line and the deep end rope was falling apart
Staff very accommodating and friendly
Clean room
Our keys didn't work. Had to wait in lobby for an hour until they reprogrammed
The hotel was better than I expected. We only stayed one night but good rooms and beds weren’t bad. The breakfast offering could be a little more varied, but it was included. Didn’t love the pillows but that was about it for room issues.
I loved the woman who welcomed us and checked us in. She was so warm and friendly. Also, she mentioned to us that the ferry had a shuttle that we could get on demand. That was great as we were planning to drive.
The hotel’s breakfast was good for a quick start to the day. Everything was neatly presented and tasty. We enjoyed the pancake maker…first time using one. The staff member worked hard keeping up and restocking items. We had a wonderful stay!
There were kids running up and down the hallway at 9:30-10:00 pm.
Everything thing was wonderful
No complaints
I was At end of hall.. it was quite
Breakfast was a ZOO...
Children were running around. Bouncing on lobby furniture . Cutting in front of people
And blocking the coffee machines without getting coffee
