the staff is friendly , the rooms were cleaned .. anything we needed the front desk made sure it was there priority on handling it for us !
Customer service was amazing I called multiple times and staff was patient each call .Breakfast was amazing as well
The toilet didn’t flush right .
The breakfast was fine, however, they stopped making food at 9:50 and some guests were unhappy about this. (we had already eaten). Breakfast goes until 10am. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and we were able to have our grandchildren come swim.
The elevator wasn't working properly the entire visit- so to use it you had to call the front desk (which they didn't answer regularly) and ask them to come up and get you, or if we were going up we had to wait until a front desk person was available to go up with us. We were on the 5th floor and ended up taking the stairs each time we came down so we didn't have to wait. This was frustrating and inconvenient.

EVERYTHING from selections at breakfast to clean and big comfortable room and beds. And Ms. ANGIE at the front desk,she is family now! The whole staff was great even housekeeping.
