I didn't like that I paid for my stay and was still asked to leave the following day and not able to extend when I did nothing wrong
The front desk attendants
The condition of the room. Did not feel clean at all then they have an envelope suggesting a tip. I got a tip alright. Lower the rates and upgrade the rooms

Horrible!!! Smell of weed, nonsmoking facilities but people smoke in rooms and smell spreading from room to room:
Good location
Dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush.. towels had peoples hair on them… old mc Donald’s bags and wrappers was in cabinets and someone’s underwear was stuffed in the recliner chair.. also had burn holes and burn marks on counter ( for being a non smoking room )

Weird smell in the room. Not well maintained. If there are other options during the lollapalooza that weekend, I will stay here.
