I didn't like that I paid for my stay and was still asked to leave the following day and not able to extend when I did nothing wrong

The front desk attendants

Cons:

The condition of the room. Did not feel clean at all then they have an envelope suggesting a tip. I got a tip alright. Lower the rates and upgrade the rooms

Disgusting, toilet didn’t work well.. overall dirty

Cons:

Dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush.. towels had peoples hair on them… old mc Donald’s bags and wrappers was in cabinets and someone’s underwear was stuffed in the recliner chair.. also had burn holes and burn marks on counter ( for being a non smoking room )

Don’t do it!
Pros:

The only redeeming factor was the front desk staff.

Cons:

Don’t do it,,,,, this place is for transient, truckers, or unhoused.
1. Overall property is rundown
2. The overall location is proximate to expressway and you can access Naperville and surrounding areas. However, I felt unsafe in the immediate “hotel” parking lot personally and would not park my car there overnight. People are hanging around outside hotel.
3. Room was dirty and old
4. You pay for pots/pans and dishes. You also pay for every attempted phone call - attempted- local calls as well.
5. Free WiFi was useless.
6. No breakfast and I would not eat if it was available
