The hotel really needs serious renovations and upgrades to match the cost and expectations.
Pros:

The place used to be a motel and is now “converted” into a hotel. The location is great, just a 2-minute walk to the beach through the backyard door. The food was amazing, always served on time, and the AC worked perfectly. We also had a small balcony with a plastic table and chairs (a bit dusty) overlooking the dining area, which was convenient for hanging wet towels. They kindly let us check in an hour earlier. The owners, who also handled reception and food service, were very nice and polite.

Cons:

Unfortunately, many things were disappointing. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room at all, and on the balcony only the free network showed up—the one we got a password for didn’t reach past reception. The room itself was old, just freshly painted, with only two working lights that gave very little brightness. There was a noticeable mold smell masked by strong essences. The TV was very outdated, the mini fridge barely worked, and the lamp was rusty. The beds had sand on them, one cover had holes, and another was stained. The bathroom was generally clean, but the sliding doors were dirty and moldy, and the shower pipe was cut, causing water to spray everywhere. The hairdryer would only work for about five minutes before shutting off, then needed time to cool down. The wardrobe was too small for a triple room.

Basic amenities were also lacking: no slippers, only one soap and a questionable “shower gel,” worn-out towels, just one toilet paper roll provided, and the cleaner only came on the second day.

Gar nichts, Das Hotel ist eine einzige Katastrophe, hab nach 2 Nächte ausgechekt, Badezimmer einfach widerlich, Zimmer dreckig, Möbel kaputt, Chefin unfreundlich unsw, wenn ich die Möglichkeit hätte würde ich mein Geld wieder zurück fordern!!!

У отеля прекрасное местоположение, вообще очень милый маленький отель. Повар Светлана вообще супер, готовит очень вкусно.

Единственный плюс этого места - расположение. До моря действительно близко, буквально три минуты и вы на пляже. Пляж частный, он принадлежит другому отелю, стоимость лежака по состоянию на октябрь 2025 года 200 лир. Это цена за весь день, вы можете уйти и вернуться до 18 часов.

Cons:

Прежде чем писать о неприятном, хочу сказать, что я путешествую по Турции самостоятельно 10 лет, и была во многих городах от Стамбула до Мардина и на побережье от Муглы до Анталии.
Я хорошо понимаю турецкий и могу объясняться на бытовом уровне. Останавливаюсь я как правило в маленких семейных отелях на завтраках или системе полупансион. Поэтому мне есть с чем сравнивать.
В этот раз мы путешествовали семьей и с нами была мама 88 лет. Под ее потребности и подбирался вариант жилья.
Хорошо зная на своем опыте как в Турции относятся к пожилым людям и вообще к гостям, я не ожидала никаких проблем.
Но .. Сразу же, на этапе заселения, мы столкнулись с вопиющим (особенно для Турции) безобразием. Абсолютное неуважение к гостям.
Вначале нас заселили не в тот номер, который я бронировала, объяснив это тем, что в основном здании все номера на первом этаже заняты. Хорошо, мы не капризные, подождем. Номер освободился через сутки и нас переселили.
Ужин в день заезда мы не получили. Хозяин категорически заявил, что в отеле строгие часы приема пищи, мы опоздали и кухня закрыта. Да, я согласна, правила нужно соблюдать. Но есть нюанс. Мы ехали в Сиде на автобусе из Муглы, он поехал не по расписанию, опоздал на три часа. Как только я это поняла, а было пять часов вечера (рабочее время), я начала заблаговременно писать в отель с просьбой оставить нам ланч бокс в номере , так как мы опаздываем не по своей вине. Ответ был категорически "нет".
Тоже самое повторилось в день выезда. В аэропорт нужно было выезжать рано утром, и с вечера я попросила хотя бы сварить нам в дорогу яиц и сделать сэндвичи. Повар была готова помочь, но хозяин отеля категорически не разрешил.
То есть ваш гость в возрасте 88 лет должен метнуться до магазина и сам себе обеспечить питание, которое он же и оплатил. Ничем не прикрытое хамство.
Кроме того имейте в виду, в этом месте вам не то, что не нальют чаю за деньги, но даже не предоставят кипяток. Кулер просто выключается на весь день.

No hot water, room with garden view was a shed. No water was provided. Home made beds with NO blankets. This place tries to look kitch,It is just awful broken furniture and fittings. Paid in advance for 2 nights. Left after 1 sleepless night. AVOID THIS HOVELS
