Disappointing Stay – Poor Management and Unacceptable Room Conditions
Pros:

The only positive aspect of my stay was the location. The hotel is next to a lively mall with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, making it very convenient

Cons:

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. After arriving around 8:50 PM following a long flight, I was told to wait about 30 minutes because my room was not ready. When I finally checked in, the room was not the category I had booked through the hotel's website.
The next morning, I discovered my bags were covered with bugs and insects coming from the room. I documented everything with photos and videos and reported it to the hotel manager who reacted so negatively on my concern . Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the issue, he explained that it was "natural" because of the carpets and furniture. For a five-star hotel, I found this response unacceptable and disappointing.
The poor room condition, the delayed check-in, and the management's handling of a serious cleanliness issue made this one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. Unfortunately, I would not consider staying here again.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage in unmittelbarer Nähe von einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Alles war auf Sterne Niveau und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Outstanding Service and Heartfelt Care from the Radisson Lampung Kedaton Team
Pros:

I recently booked a family trip to celebrate my sister’s graduation from UIN Lampung. Unfortunately, I couldn’t be there in person due to the current situation in the Middle East. At the very last minute, I made a special request to create a small surprise for her.

I would like to sincerely thank Royen, the Front Office Manager, for going above and beyond to make this happen. He personally contacted me to ensure all my requests were clear and well taken care of. His effort, attention to detail, and genuine care truly made the moment unforgettable for my family.

I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my family’s stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.

This kind of service goes beyond expectations and truly reflects the “Yes I Can” spirit of Radisson Hotel Group. Thank you for making this celebration so meaningful and unforgettable.
