Exiting the parking in the morning with all the security gates closed can be very confusing and time consuming

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Radisson Bandar Lampung. Das Hotel ist sehr ordentlich, das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine super Auswahl, der Poolbereich ist schön und die Zimmer sind gut. Das gesamte Personal ist durchweg überaus freundlich und aufmerksam.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht jedoch an Ari! Er hat sich in einer extrem wichtigen medizinischen Notlage für uns engagiert und selbst in seiner privaten Freizeit alles in Bewegung gesetzt, um uns schnell und unkompliziert zu helfen. So ein herausragender Einsatz geht weit über den normalen Service hinaus und hat unseren Aufenthalt gerettet.
Wir können das Hotel und dieses fantastische Team uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Terima kasih vielmals, Ari!

The staff responded quickly to every request and went above and beyond to fulfill all of my requests. A special thank you to the team for helping me prepare a surprise by decorating the room and arranging the flower bouquet exactly as I requested before check-in. Everything was arranged perfectly, making the experience truly unforgettable.
Their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help exceeded all my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, especially with its direct access to the mall.
Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional hospitality. I truly can’t thank the entire Radisson Lampung Kedaton team enough for everything they’ve done. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lampung. Booked two non-smoking rooms, but only one was available when we checked in. The hotel gave us a suite instead, but it was outdated and had a strong, unpleasant smell.
We reported the odor, and housekeeping sprayed air freshener, but it only covered the smell for a short time. They later put an automatic air freshener in the room, but it became too strong, so we turned it off and had to deal with the original odor for the rest of our stay.
The hotel did not offer any compensation or other accommodation for the inconvenience or should have moved us to a clean, odor-free room. Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid.
Nice pool, good breakfast and the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met, can't speak highly enough about how great the staff were.
Stayed here for a couple of days before heading to Krui and was so happy I made the decision as it was great to relax and unwind before the long drive to Krui. If I ever decide to do another surf trip to Krui I would definitely stay here again for a day or two before the drive.
The staff were excellent, they were all very friendly and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. It was also nice having easy access to the mall next door.

Good location next to the shopping mall, Starbucks, Uniqlo etc. The poolside bar on 5th floor was relaxing and the breakfast on 2nd floor was sufficient.

In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating.
The cleanliness was very disappointing. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, some of the bathroom fixtures were broken, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay.
The carpets also looked very old and dirty, both inside the room and in the elevator foyer, which made the overall hotel feel poorly maintained.
The towels also didn’t meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. They looked old and were no longer bright white.
I think this hotel is in need of a complete renovation. I wouldn’t consider staying here again until it has been renovated. If cleanliness is important to you, I would recommend choosing a different hotel.
