Quiet but nothing really.
It was a DUMP! Toilet did NOT work properly, extremely hard bed, room not clean, wash clothes still looked dirty. Will NEVER stay here again!
Cleanliness was unacceptable
We enjoyed our stay. Everything in our room looked brand new. I was so happy with the fact there was no carpeting. I would stay there again. We stayed in room 111 which includes a sofa bed.
Good breakfast selection and employees are respectful and professional.
The room I got was quite dirty, stained sheets and stained carpets, the bathroom tub was especially dirty and I would not shower there at all. Out of the 5 or 6 lamps in my room, only one worked, and the bathroom exhaust made a horrible noise when turned on. None of the charging plugs worked unfortunately.
Towels were not clean the room was not clean bugs
The room is nice upgraded but breakfast wasn't a Continental breakfast that was a lie
Under new ownership, Alachua Inn has been thoroughly updated in its welcoming area, breakfast area and guest rooms -even adding a small exercise room. Eight of us spent two nights there during a kayak excursion and all commented on the pleasant accommodations and personable staff - we'll be going back!
Price and room and location
Absolutely no curb appeal . Entrance and room doors looked drab. No coffee facilities in room or coat hangers. Reception area looked unfinished with many large boxes around. Bad first impression.
Close to the interstate
We paid for a double queen room on the first floor for handicapped and another guest who asked for a king was given our room then we was told that the only room available was a double queen on the second floor. When truly it was a double double. Me and my wife was not able to sleep in the same bed due to the size and so we had to sleep in separate beds.
El joven de la recepción fue muy amable
Habitación muy sucia, no fue nada agradable es hospedaje
Nothing
Absolutely gross. I had to ask for clean sheets & bedding, stained and disgusting. 2 live spiders found underneath pillows. They took me to a 2nd room with another dead bug, more dirty sheets & a hole in the ceiling.
