Hanoi Fiesta Hotel & Spa

This is a nice hotel in a convenient but somewhat noisy location. It’s not fancy or stylish but it is clean and comfortable and good value. The breakfast is good quality too. The woman at the front desk, Lucky, is exceptionally nice and helpful. We really liked her, and that’s the main thing we’ll remember about this hotel.

The staffs are very kind and hospitable. Especially, Andrea. She is smart, she always smile, and she gave you answers to your questions! She even gave me a Vietnamese snack as a present for my birthday. The location is very accessible. Definitely will comeback at yoir place! Cam On Viet Nam

The location is 10/10. Absolutely centrally located in the old quarter, but the room was dead quiet.
Room was really nice- nothing overly fancy, but terrific value. Very clean.

Our Hotel was in a great location near all shops and markets, has 24 hour desk and very welcoming staff and very helpful, and let us check out late, room was lovely, did not have a couch or a microwave and could of had a bigger fridge with freezer to keep ice, they offered free buffet breakfast which was good but need to keep the food warm as it gets cold quickly.

Hotel is ok if just using as a base in Hanoi, very central, good location. It's clean and practical. Staff friendly and welcoming on reception. Issue with noise from live music in bar next door. If you like an early night and room is on a low floor this may be a problem.

nice accomodation

Nothing like was described. Definitely no swiming pool as advertised, asked for an interconnecting room but it was just a hallway with a door that didn’t lock between two rooms. It also had a security camera that looked into the rooms. Walls dirty, everything very old and worn. Safe not bolted down. Staff were pleasant and seemed nice. Breakfast very average, in a tight cramped space, the butter every morning was melted, not a great choice. Noisy at night. Good location in the old town.

Loved this hotel, right in heart of old quarter and had excellent (huge!) beds and clean modern bathrooms.

It’s a small hotel with 2 rooms per floor and this worked well for our family as we had the whole floor for us!

Small narrow roof top breakfast buffet, excellent staff William was so kind!

Only one negative it is right next door to a pub, but music stopped around 11 (I think?)

Reception staff were so cheery and helpful.

We stayed here as a family in connecting rooms. Was a great setup with lots of space and for a great price. The location was perfect for us and we were able to walk most places. Every staff we interacted with here was incredibly helpful and willing to go out of their way to help out with anything. We had an issue with a tour company we had booked not showing up in the morning to pick us up for a trip to Halong bay. The front staff called them and worked it out for us. We are so grateful as this was the only day available for us to do the tour and we would have missed out. I wish I would have booked our tours through the hotel as I’m sure we would have had no issues. The breakfast on the rooftop was also really great. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Thank you Lucky for helping us have a wonderful time in Hanoi. We had a comfortable relaxing stay in your hotel. We loved being able to walk from the hotel to explore the Old quarter and French quarter as well as a short Grab ride to other attractions.

Great staff! Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location in Old Hanoi. Very easy to walk to many places.
