Amazing!!
Pros:

Customer service was amazing the room was clean the valet parking was fast and convenient in the hotel being downtown was walkable distance to cheesecake factory and just downtown in general also the convention center was literally boxed down

Cons:

Valet parking ( they took your bags out right in front of the hotel and put on rolling rack for you) was pretty pricey though $56 a day but you can come and go as you please. There was an option for Garage parking right next to the hotel for $24 a night but you couldn’t come and go as you please but still convenient.

The Stay
Pros:

I was greeted promptly with a nice staff members. There was a Starbucks on sight. The room was clean and it was nice and cozy. Everything worked it had a great view. I loved and enjoyed the chef and breakfast. They would greet us with a goodmorning. The food was perfect. The gym was amazing nice up to date equipment, clean lots of space with a water fountain.

Cons:

There isn't 24hr room service but there were other amenities outside. Everything closed at 11pm. The noise from the streets were very loud at night. The beds are a little harder for my comfort but the pillows were nice and fluffy.

Pros:

The property is nice and the staff is exceptional.

Cons:

The ONLY option for parking is valet (no self parking available at this property) and the valet is very expensive. We were not aware of this until we were charged for it. You request your vehicle via an app that wasn't working on our check out day which was frustrating and an added stress as we had a plane to catch.

Pros:

Location and front staff were awesome

Cons:

The old guy working in the kitchen was not happy to make my order everytime I went there,he didn't even hide it,he complained everytime for the 3 days I stayed,I almost felt uncomfortable and prefered to go buy my food outside but its your job because if I don't come to stay,then u won't serve anyone

My stay was comfortable, peaceful, accommodating and staff friendly.

Expected better.
Pros:

Location, spacious room.

Cons:

Breakfast is the worst I’ve had so far in the Embassy Hotels. Rooms have sink in them instead of being in the bathroom. Everything is really worn out. Boogers on the wall. Expensive valet ($60+). No view from double queen room.
