Best hotel in Downtown Forth Worth love the evening reception and the morning breakfast!!!
Pros:

Check in was fast and friendly! The room was awesome and smelled fresh! The AC worked great in the Texas heat since it was 94 degrees outside! The full size fridge and microwave was awesome!
The bed was super comfy and the big TV was amazing!
I had a good view of Downtown Fort Worth since I was on the top floor so be sure to ask for a room on a high floor!
The breakfast was amazing especially the eggs and full size sausages!
There is a orange line bus stop right across the street that will take you to The Stockyards for only $2.50 and only a 10 minute ride! Be sure to check out Risckys and Cattlemans Steakhouse for some good food!
The evening reception was amazing and gets you either 2 or 3 beers or mixed drinks for free and some snacks! The food there also looked really tasty especially the Ribeye steak and wings! Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
I highly recommend this hotel for the high end feel it has! It is well worth it! Thanks for the great service!

It was horrible because my husband is sick with cancer and this was for him
Pros:

I did not stay the room was not clean
I spoke to the manager she stated I needed to reach out to
Booking for a refund
It is unacceptable to pay for a room I could not stay ini am so disappointed with it all

Hotel is in good location downtown but is not quite and hotel is run down. Most staff are polite and helpful.
Pros:

The location of the property was great in the heart of downtown and they provide free drink vouchers and snacks everyday for happy hour. Breakfast is good standard and included in rate. Most staff are polite and helpful.

Cons:

Property is run down and in need of renovation in my view. Roof leaks, buckets to catch water in the lift area when it hadn’t rained for days. Rooms facing commerce street are very noisy Friday and Saturday nights due to very loud hotted up vehicles revving their engines to sound cool for some unknown reason. This goes till 2am. We changed rooms to an inside building room and this just has a constant humm of air conditioning units from other rooms. The bathrooms are extremely small for a king room with seperate lounge. Finally upon check out I was charged the holding deposit again when I wanted to pay the Dallas taxes which are not included in the booking fee on a debit card. When I rang to complain and question why they had blocked two of my cards I was told you need to wait 3-5 business days for them both to clear. I understand how this works but for the front reception lady staff member to say I was disrespecting her for her mistake and no apology because she only had 4 hours sleep is amazing behaviour. I will not be staying at these properties again.
