Cons:

Claridade no quarto; mal funcionamento do ar condicionado e um pouco de barulho, pois a acomodação ficava de frente para a rua (tenho o sonho leve).

A começar pela estrutura: o hotel não tem elevador, o que já é complicado, e também não há mensageiro para ajudar com as malas, tornando a subida bem cansativa. Além disso, o meu quarto estava sem a sinalização — fato que dificultou encontrado.

Outro ponto sensível é a acessibilidade: o hotel não é nada recomendado para idosos ou pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Subir escadas carregando bagagem sem nenhum apoio é algo que hoje em dia já se espera que seja evitado.

O atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar: o funcionário não foi muito atencioso e pareceu despreparado para lidar com as necessidades dos hóspedes.
