Gutes Hotel an Toplage zu einem vernünftigen Preis.
Pros:

Toplage, sehr zentral. Man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Gutes Frühstück bis Uhr 12:00.

Cons:

Fehlende deutschsprachige TV-Sender.

A lovely hotel in a brilliant location
Pros:

Great location in a fairly quiet street with loads of good cafes and restaurants within 2minutes walk. For a light sleeper, it was great for city centre hotel.
All staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room felt partly unfurnished as only had 1 chair, even though the room had plenty of space, it lacked a homely feel with cramped bedside surfaces. And as per most hotels these days, the small mugs for coffee didn’t work well for tea drinkers, so ended getting larger cups from the bar

Tranquility in the Centre of Madrid
Pros:

The staff were incredibly welcoming with advice on everything from places to eat, places to visit and streets to wander. Our room was really comfortable, with a great shower.

Cons:

Sounds petty but I do like Kleenex in a hotel room. Alba had no tissues.

Excellent location and would come back again
Pros:

It was positioned in a great place of the city within walking distance of all we wanted to see.

Cons:

The showers being used by the rooms adjacent were extremely noisy especially at 5:00 am in the morning!
The breakfast was very nice, although the hot food wasn’t hot enough when placed on the hot plates for any length of time !.

We had a brilliant stay in Madrid. Loved this hotel and their staff were so friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Hotel is in a very central location close to everything you need. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Room was large and cleaned every day.
