Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location within walking distance of major landmarks and local restaurants/bars. All in
Pros:

Everything about the hotel just felt comfortable. All of the staff were engaging and friendly, just enough and not too much. It felt like staying in your own home but in a different location, so relaxing.
The breakfast was so good and the best bit was that it lasted until 12:00 so we could rest longer in the morning and still get breakfast which is fabulous when you have had a long day sightseeing on the previous day.
The bedroom was tremendously comfortable as was the bed, which meant that the breakfast until 12:00 was so much more flexible.

Cons:

The only thing we could comment upon here would be that the room only had one chair meaning that only one person could sit at the open window.

Perfect / central location in heart of Madrid
Pros:

Staff / front desk were super helpful in every way ; whether it was calling for early am taxi or suggesting places to eat . The hotel is really perfectly positioned , it’s in front of a quasi pedestrian zone and where within 10/15 minutes you can walk to major attractions .. and or 10 minute car ride to other areas / neighborhoods . I would stay there again

Freundliches Personal & gute Lage

Cons:

Die Schallisolierung ist mangelhaft.

Die Wasserleitungen sind hörbar (Dusche, Lavabo sowie WC-Spülung aus den anderen Zimmern).

Zudem sind Gespräche auf dem Gang sowie in den Nebenzimmern wahrnehmbar.

Pros:

Phantastische Lage, außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch der nette fleißige Herr im Frühstücksraum. Auch das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut.

Pros:

Le personnel a été adorable, vraiment serviable. Toujours souriants. La chambre était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était fabuleux avec un choix varié aussi bien en salé qu'en sucré avec des variations tous les jours. L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la plupart des points d'intérêt, accessibles à pied.

Cons:

Il n'est pas nécessaire de changer les serviettes tous les jours.

Great location, friendly staff, clean enough hotel though could be improved.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. the locations great just at the heart of Madrid at the heart of almost everything. The hotel, the rooms and the breakfast area needs renovation. The superior room we stayed in was still a bit not spacious enough. We initially stayed in a normal room and felt quite short of space, plus the room was looking at walls, but the staff kindly quickly changed to a superior room against the extra payment.

Cons:

Some of the streets leading up to the hotel were falloff some dodgy people, run down or weird looking buildings. We were assigned a room that we had to ask for a change which kind of made me upset. For 3 mornings on a row we could not explain what sunny side up eggs are though staff are very helpful. Breakfast area can definitely be renovated. Room could be cleaner, and the towels kept getting taken away for which I had to ask for more.
