Comfortable place to stay in Colorado Springs
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, nice set up, great value, breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

The night that we stayed when taking a shower the hot water only lasted 5 minutes. My husband stated that his bed was very uncomfortable.

Overall a great stay. Loved the value for the long stay we had. And the bartender ROB was amazing!
Pros:

The staff were great. We had the free breakfast once due to me having to leave for school before it was available but it was great when we had it!

Cons:

The wifi was not working in our room, so I had to hot spot from my phone to get classwork done.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I liked that the restaurant was right there. The server and other employees in the restaurant were so helpful. They really seeded like they enjoyed their job.

Cons:

We requested extra blankets, and the man who brought them to the room was pretty nasty and full of attitude.

I didn't like that the pool area was very dark.

Absolutely horrible, I have never had such an awful experience with a hotel.
Pros:

The lobby and pool area were nice and clean.

Cons:

The room was disgusting, housekeeping didn’t come by one time and the smell was awful in the hallways and room. We booked for 4 nights and ended up staying 2 because it was intolerable being there. We opted to book somewhere else it was that bad. They didn’t even bother to clean the bathroom before we checked in from the previous guests. There was an opened soap, toothpaste all over the sink and the trash was full. Absolutely disgusting, I would recommend staying anywhere but here.
