The location.
Maintenance came in as the A/C did not blow cool air. He showed us how it worked and said there was nothing wrong with it as it was new. It never did cool down in the room and we perspired all night each night.
We needed to check out one day early, which we knew when we checked in. As instructed, we called Booking right away. Both parties, Booking and the hotel, confirmed the earlier check-out date. When we checked out, the invoice showed the early check-out. Several days later the hotel charged us for the original check-out date. We contacted Booking, sent them copies of the documents they requested, and they got back to us saying the documents could not be verified. We replied, and they never got back to us so it looks like we are stuck paying for one extra day!

The room a run down. The curtain was shredded.
Easy and convenient to get to. A lot of store within a half a block.
White van in parking lot, don't know if people were living in it or they were just setting up shop. People were in and out of the back of that van all night long for 3 days straight.
People in the room next to us were some very shady characters. Playing music really loud, can hear a woman screaming next door. 2 seconds later they were walking out like a happy couple.

Hier heel veel moeite met inchecken gehad. Opeens werkte de creditcard niet meer. Maar alle creditcards deden het niet, dit lag volgens hen aan de card en niet hun systeem,
We moesten de credit maatschappij maar gaan bellen. Dit werkt niet midden in de nacht, Een medewerker wilde ons een tijdelijke pas geven. Bij de kamers bleek er voor 3 personen 1 bed, dus weer terug naar de balie. Toen konden we niet een andere kamer krijgen voordat we de borg betaald zouden hebben. Uiteindelijk kwamen er na een uur nieuwe mensen met hetzelfde creditcard probleem, toen bleek er toch iets in hun systeem niet goed te zijn. Enig excuus werd er niet gegeven voor alle ongemak.
The location and the personell
is excellent.
It is in urgent need of renovation. They also need to install new air conditioning units that are appropriate for the room; the current ones have a lower BTU rating than the room requires. The bathroom is unsuitable; it needs to be proportionate to the size of the room. It is very dangerous for people with disabilities.

One washer and one dryer ! Dryer takes 2 times to get your clothes dry , the falcon bar and grill was really good but the 1st couple days I was there they were closed due to short staffing

Hotel looks old rundown and not clean. Location made us feel not safe and looks like bad part of town. We got bug bites in the morning when we woke up after first night of stay.. AC not cooling well.
We used to enjoy this place. But it seriously has gone down hill. I went to check in, room wasn't ready, lady at front desk said she would call me when it was ready, which she never did. I came back about an hour later and they still werent sure if our room was ready.The family suites are run down, doors barely closes, one little kick and it would be open. The "sleeper sofa" is a small very cheaply made couch that isn't even long enough for my 11year old to sleep on, which is also dirty as hell. The carpets in the room also have big red stains all over. The TV randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Also the parking lot is full of homeless living in their vehicles and the halls smell like weed and random bums under the stairs inside the building. The breakfast used to be good, but now you have to pay extra $7 for an omelet that used to be included, the rest of the breakfast is also pretty crappy. The people at the front desk would rather talk on their phones then help out guests. Very very disappointing
