Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms.
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel, very unique. The rooms are spacious & clean and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant/bar on site is exceptional. The location is perfect and we could walk to all of the places we planned to visit. We loved styaing here and will plan future stays.

Cons:

The parking was tight but it is in the heart of Arnolds Park so there is not a lot of room for parking. We had asked for early check in and were told we could do so but our rooms were not ready when we stopped to check in. There was a wedding party there so I assume they were pretty busy.

Walls have no sound barriers
Pros:

Location within walking distance to the lakes and eating establishments

Cons:

We have stayed here in the past 3rd floor no issues with privacy and was quite. But the room we stayed in last night on 2nd floor facing pool. The walls are so thin you might be advised that your personal activities can be heard no sound barriers and not a restful night 😞

Pros:

The location was good for this weekend
Nice hotel

Cons:

Booking. Com charged me on the 14th on my credit card , hotel didn't think they paid and now have pending charges from hotel. Talk to there manager of hotel acted like he didn't know how to fix until he looked into it more.
The water in shower was luke warm. Also no housekeeping this weekend.
Would like more outlets and lighting in hotel rooms

Ok but really not what we expected
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Room was dark and dated. Bathroom counter was very worn and needed to be replaced. The room was very dark at night and it was to hard to read a book except in the bathroom.

Pros:

Great location and excellent restaurant, nice suite size.

Cons:

Even though the booking indicated breakfast came with the room, it did not. We were told this was not the Inn's responsibility and this has happened before.

Rooms are cleaned only upon request, and sometimes it is difficult to find staff to do the cleaning. Coffee is provided but is not always available. Parking was more than adequate.

Pros:

Quaint little hotel in the heart of Okoboji. Across the street from the Lake and two blocks from the amusement park, shopping, and dinning.

Hotel was clean, had nice large rooms, friendly staff, and a nice restaurant/bar attached.

Pros:

Overall good. Hours of restaurant isn’t ideal. Enhance stay with a breakfast option would be a great bonus for this place. Also, it’s a boating community and they surely don’t seem to be embracing this for their guests with boats. They actually were fairly rude about it and we have a nice boat so it was frustrating to want to stay again for those reasons.

Pros:

The Inn is in a great location to the lake and many fun eating/drinking/shopping places. It, also, has a nice restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Extra Effort
Pros:

This property has been renovated & has a modern, clean & luxurious feel. We were only there for a few brief hours to shower & sleep so felt like we probably missed out, but the location is excellent. BUT HUGE SHOUTOUT to the staff. I left my Ipad and the housekeeper turned it in. The front desk staff called me and helped me get it sorted out. They were so nice and helpful and it just says a lot to me about their integrity!!!
