Poor stay and services.
Pros:

very costly and poor staff behavior. So nothing to like.

Cons:

For this much cost, don't know how they can offer such poor service. I ordered pav bhaji, asked for no red chilli and they said it is not possible as it is pre made bhaji; then there was hair in it. They replaced it and they said it's freshly made and there was still red chili in it, so they just gave same stuff again. Could not eat due to disgust, and they still charged me for it.

Overpriced
Pros:

I guess the room was quite clean and good shower and WiFi.

Cons:

For around 4,000 rupees+, you would expect a free shuttle bus considering it's so close to the airport and we're otherwise likely to get scammed for 500 rupees by a taxi to go a few hundred metres.

I think it's just not particularly good value for money. Hence, on my return trip I booked into a retiring room at the airport terminal for 1,500 rupees which was very reasonable and more comfortable than going outside the airport...only if you have an onward flight of course.

Room was not ready when I reached the place even at night when already pre-informed. Bathroom was not clean, had a soiled and used towel still in bathroom with lot of hairs on the floor.
