Pros:

Our family of 4 was very comfortable. It felt like home away from home.

Cons:

It would be nice to have some dishwashing items. Just to wash the utensils between meals. I know they clean daily but that option would be nice too.

Safe packing, good WiFi, friendly staff, hot water & air conditioning

Cons:

Not very clean, especially the bathroom & the stairs of the property… They also had a party at night which was very noisy

It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

It was self catering so it always a plus. It had plenty of space in all the rooms and it was clean with friendly staff.

Cons:

the TV was not user friendly. We had to ask the staff for assistance to turn it on, and we were helped. We gave up on it in the morning when we wanted to watch TV again so we felt like a bother having to go fetch staff for assistance. Otherwise everything else exceeded my expectations honestly.

Cons:

The noise from outside. The housekeeping staff kept on chit chatting very early in the morning.
