The apartment was very comfortable it was indeed a home away from home.

Cons:

If only the could be a TV in the launch area instead of the bedroom. for the 1bedroom apartment it will be absolutely great, otherwise everything was really as expected.

Pros:

The staff are friendly from security to reception. Maintenance guy even assisted us with carrying our luggage to the rooms. I also loved the size of the shower.....

Cons:

The fact that one has to use stairs, I were traveling with elders so it was a bit of a challenge for them. Either than that all was well.

What I honestly don’t like about the place is the noise from the staff. You’d expect the noise to come from other guests

Firstly, what I really liked about the property is how quick and easy the check-in process is. You literally just walk in, tell them there’s a booking under your name, and they sort everything out for you. There are also no extra fees, which makes the whole process even more convenient.

Cons:

What I honestly don’t like about the place is the noise from the staff. You’d expect the noise to come from other guests, but surprisingly, it’s actually the staff. When you wake up, you can hear them talking loudly, shouting, and making a lot of noise outside.

I understand that staff need to communicate while they’re working, especially when they’re cleaning, but the volume is sometimes unnecessary and really affects the experience. I don’t think it’s very professional, and I honestly wish they could work on keeping the noise levels down, especially in the mornings, so that guests can have a more peaceful and comfortable stay.
