My stay was excellent — a perfect location near UP, clean, air‑conditioned rooms and helpful staff

The rooms were very clean and with aircons.
The staff are very helpful.

Pros:

The receptionist was very kind. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates. She helped us change the dates with a smile, very pleasant lady and very professional. I felt safe, the security is 24hrs. The area is quiet / tranquil. The cleaning ladies are kind and pleasant.

Good Service. Good people. Nice place.
Pros:

Friendly accommodating staff. The fridge in the unit was not working, they replaced it in 10minutes. From reception to maintenance to security was topp class staff. Felt safe, woman alone in big city. Would absolutely recommend them and would definitely stay there again!!

Cons:

Wifi didnt work after 18h00. Connected but no internet. A bit noisy at night. But nothing really to complain about. It was a good,safe,clean stay!

Pros:

Apartment was beautiful, comfortable and everything you need away from home from a self catering perspective.

Cons:

Parking was an issue. The noise from 10pm to 5am was really bad, loud talking from parking lot disturbed our ability to get a good night sleep.

Super comfortable and clean also quite secure with round the clock security.
Pros:

Great place to stay and location was very convenient for our needs. Kitchen utensils (pots plates, cutlery) were not sufficient keep at least complete sets for cooking and eating purposes. Otherwise everything else was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great stay but we wouldn’t go back unless they improved on those small things I listed above.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the accomodation was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

1) there was a shortage of cutlery, we had to ask for more forks
2) the second bedroom didn’t have aircon or a fan, and it had a window with no blind / curtain and a bright light shining into the room from the outdoor passage.
3) there was no bin lining in the kitchen bin
4) there was a shortage of towels, we had to keep asking for more.
