Pros:

This place is the perfect getaway! I love the views and the tiki bar and pool. We always have the best time here. The staff is phenomenal!

It’s my 5th and not last time staying here, love it.
Pros:

Beautiful views from every room. Close to the water. Nice pool. Great tiki bar. Great bartenders. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Parking is terrible. Each room has different owners so every room has different beds etc, so some of our rooms had great beds some had terrible beds. We had several rooms.

I would also recommend providing complimentary beach umbrellas and chairs for hotel guests.
Pros:

The only things we liked about the hotel were the balcony and the beautiful ocean view. Those were the highlights of our stay

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days with my sister, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. We had to take out our own trash every day and constantly ask the front desk for trash bags, toilet paper, clean towels, and other basic necessities. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel.

The bathtub was old, dirty, and clogged. Every time we took a shower, the water would back up and fill the tub halfway before slowly draining.

We also found a cockroach in our room. Instead of offering to move us to another room or providing any kind of compensation, the staff simply handed us a can of bug spray and expected us to deal with it ourselves. No one apologized or showed any concern. At the very least, they should have offered us another room or some form of compensation, such as a complimentary night.

Another major issue was the lack of beach towels. Every time we asked for them, we were told there were none available because they were all being washed. For a hotel near the beach, this is unacceptable.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, uncomfortable beds, the cockroach in the room, and the absence of basic hotel services made this a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again.

Great place to visit with Friends and family.
Pros:

It was right on the beach, with a great little bar by the pool.

Cons:

Pros:

La cercanía a la playa, la disposición de los grill y el buen trato de las recepcionistas, en especial Virginia que nos resolvió las dudas y se esmeró para nuestro alojamiento y la vista desde el balcón es increíble
