Pros:

Friendly staff, great laundry room, great tiki bar and YUMMY Jello Shots lol. The view amazing!

Cons:

No reflection on the premise but it would be great if someone opened up a place to eat within the surrounding blocks .. a dinner or breakfast /family eatery.. other than that..ALL GOOD

Great facilites and location with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby!
Pros:

The Property was in a great location, and the penthouse was extremely clean and well kept!

Cons:

At times, a member of the front desk staff was rude and condescending. Multiple days, she was rude to our group and talked down to us many times.

The property itself is clean and right on the beach.

Cons:

First, the pictures on the listing are very deceiving. This is NOT what we expected. There were several things we disliked about our stay. The coffee pot in the room as disgusting. I scrubbed the pot and the base and still couldn’t get it clean. The electric outlets are horrible. Half of them wouldn’t hold our chargers. The chargers kept falling out of them. The living room furniture is dated and you sink into the couches and the recliner makes a ticking noise when you try to elevate that feet. The sliding door in the living room doesn’t have a lock on it. The dressers in the bedrooms need updating. The drawers kept falling out when you open them. The ceiling fans were unstable and would shake when you turn them on. The pool is not heated like listed.

Pros:

The view from the balcony was great. Clean and well equipped accommodation. Walking distance to a Publix supermarket, coffee shop and restaurants. No extra charge for parking.Very quiet.

Pros:

The room was great; kitchen had a full fridge/ cooking utensils/ dishes/ etc.. Great/ helpful/ friendly staff. I wish I would have known there were beach chairs in our closet ahead of time (so I didn't bring my own), but I probably just overlooked it on the reservation site :) I will definitely return to the Island Inn Beach Resort

Cons:

Not much - the batteries in our TV remote had to be changed 3x during our stay and we only used the tv late at night (I think they were replaced with used batteries), but that's the only negative (not even a real negative) that I can think of.

Had a great Anniversary trip and I look forward to returning.
Pros:

Location on the beach was exceptional, Reception staff was great, the view was stellar and the room was comfortably furnished with smart balcony furnishings overlooking water just as described on bookings. Conveniently located Tiki bar on property with cozy pool was also well received. Parking was great as well.

Pros:

The good: Location was great. Room was decent size. Staff was so nice and accommodating. WiFi good.

The bad: floor was dirty (so much so that our socks were black and we didn’t walk barefoot in the room), the water randomly turned cold for unknown amounts of time, the cleaning crew was beyond loud (I’m assuming because there cleaning closet was outside of our room) we asked the desk staff to mention them yelling outside our room - we also asked the cleaning staff directly to quiet down outside our room during early hours. We were waken up every day of our stay by the cleaning staff yelling and laughing outside the room. Bar/pool is very small area and there is only about 9 pool chairs. So if you aren’t the first one to the pool in the morning you wont get a chair.

Our original room was on the backend of the building offering only a small partial view of thegulf

There were only two elevators in the center tower of the building and one elevator was not working. The end towers of the building only had stairs
