Bed was comfortable. Was close to event center. Adequate space

Cons:

1. Parking sucks with the additive of was 3 cars deep when advised to back out into traffic to go back to unsecured spot and go up a flight of stairs to the lobby to check in then go park the car.
2. Charge us $606 for the night AND $16 TO PSRK OVER NIGHT! are you kidding me we are in moncton not toronto or Montreal.
3. Half hour later and a second flight of stairs we are ready to go to our room. Only 2 elevators work. Hotel is packed. After 20 minute wait finally get elevator to the 4th floor.
4. Leave for concert. Takes 10 minutes for elevator. Once on the elevator it proceeds to take 15 minutes to get to lobby as it went up and down to pretty much every floor before actually opening at the lobby.
Overall should be hard pressed to stay there ever again! And lastly you all might want to think about updating the hallway carpet as for $600 a night it was very shabby looking 😉

Great staff
Pros:

Thank you Crowne Plaza for the hospitality. Vita and Tess are both delivering high quality customer service in a very natural way, and I appreciate that. The breakfast menu is great, and I highly recommend the Banana bread french toast. Bedding was the coziest and most comfortable I've had recently. Thanks for the kind messages from Vita and Katey... Though 3 cards might be a bit much 😏

I've stayed here several times and will stay again.
Pros:

Comfy, clean and great location.

Cons:

Bathroom needs a fan on a switch.

Will so be back!
Pros:

Everything from check in to check out. On Tuesdays they have guest appreciation from 5 to 7 with complimentary snacks and drinks (thought that was so cool). Sam and Caleb from the front desk are absolutely lovely. All the staff are great. Loved the pool, hot tub and steam room. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy.

Cons:

There wasnt anything I didn't like. Absolutely loved everything.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. We were there during a blizzard and staff shoveled out our car the next morning.

Cons:

The price we paid was a little higher than the price quoted here on booking.com, but the staff more than made up for it.
