Lisa from catering was absolutely AMAZING! She was kind, funny and so accommodating. We were there for two days with over a 100 people with many allergies and intolerances. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed and felt very welcome!!
Service was excellent De’Anne and Adrian were awesome servers. Food was good.
They made a beautiful arrangement with swan towels heart balloons and rose petals on our bed when we arrived. The staff are AAA+++, genuinely feel welcomed and cared for when we stay there. The staff make it a wonderful experience. Excellent location for accessing downtown, restaurants, and nightlife.
The pool area and steam could be cleaner. The hot tub wasn't working properly when we were there.
When we try to call the front desk they never answer!

Mais le personnel est très bien ainsi que la chambre. Malheureusement notre séjours a été vraiment difficile dans votre établissement.
Nous avons tres peu dormis a cause du bruit des personnes dans le couloir et a cause du bruit de l'ascenceur.
Ma femme a reçu un coup sur la tète provoque par la barrière du parking qui était trop proche de la sortie de l'hotel. Elle a eu un oeil aux bords noirs pendant plus de deux semaines et elle a maintenant un kyste qu'il va falloir lui retirer.
Loved the stay, very clean and quiet
I don’t have much good to review. Pool was clean and large and cool. Hot tub had quite a bit of foam.
Parking lot was large and easy to access in and out of. I don’t have any other good reviews to share on this hotel.
Booked for 3 ppl, 2 adults and a child. Said free breakfast included. Breakfast was only free for 2 of us, had to pay $20 for my child.
The breakfast was mediocre at best. Thankfully they had toast.
Stayed 2 nights, had no turn over service. Called down on day 2 and asked for fresh towels but never received any.
The room was a double queen, it was by far the smallest room I’ve ever booked. Hitting the heating unit every time I went to get in bed. Not even a half a foot clearance between the bed and the unit.
Deanne provided excellent service, she was very attentive and very helpful.
Personal touches and extra care when preparing my room were appreciated! It felt like staying at a bed and breakfast. Claudine, thank you for the great service! You deserve a raise!
We hosted a two days AGM/Meetings with about 100 attendees, with hardly a hiccup to be had. Denise from event planning helped make sure everything was in order before we arrived, and thought of all the little things. The catering staff was considerate and quick, and very attentive to allergies of our guests. Stefeny in particular was great and when things ran long or short was right on top of things, as well as Nina and Sanya from the serving staff. At the front desk Bibi helped sort out all our guests with their rooms, and helped us personally when a speaker left an important item behind. All the staff were really what made the event, but the rooms setup, the quality of the food, and the rooms really topped everything off. I'm so glad we picked the Crowne Plaza for our event and would recommend it to anyone thinking of hosting an event in Moncton.
