Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable, un appartement personnel dans un hôtel, une grand salle de sport bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'on a besoin et l'appartement est confortable, vraiment top.

Cons:

Des petits détails sur le maintien du nettoyage, mais sincèrement rien de dramatique, l'établissement est sincèrement très bien et le personnel aussi.

Pros:

Perfect stay, the apartment is really big and everything is clean and new, they clean your room every day which was really appreciate it and there's a gym which could need a renovation but still did its job. There's few restaurants nearby and a supermarket as well. Keep in mind tho that it's 30 minutes by car from the old Quarter, personally for me was perfect but it depends on what you are looking for. Highly recommend stay here tho!

Cons:

This is totally a personal preference but you get breakfast in your room at 9 am, which for me is extremely early, I would have appreciated if the latest for breakfast could have been around 10. But like I said this is totally subjective

Pros:

Very good hotel and very good personal. Nguyen Doan helps us about all the questions and not just about service in hotel(he helps us a lot), but all about whole Hanoi city.
It was very helpful for us and we really appreciate this high level of services.
