かなり良かった！喫煙スペースも、穏やかなBGMが流れていて照明もやわらか。清潔感のあるスペース。静かでとても落ち着いて利用できました。
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応が終始気持ち良かったです。
動物達ともふれ合いさせてくれたし、話やすい雰囲気でした。

If you are looking for a private paradise on Ishigaki Island, Little Mermaid is a total hidden gem! We had an incredible stay and can’t recommend it enough.
Exceptional Hospitality 🤝
What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding and helpful staff. They are incredibly responsive and ready to assist with any question or request you might have. Whether it's organizing an airport transfer (just make sure to arrange it in advance) or giving local tips, their warm hospitality made us feel right at home.
The Location & Beach Vibes 🏖️
The location is unbeatable if you love nature. A breathtakingly beautiful beach is just a 7-minute walk away (or a super quick 2-minute drive). The water there is crystal clear and perfect for a relaxing day. One of our favorite things to do was driving to a large supermarket just 10 minutes away to stock up on fresh local snacks and drinks, and then having a sunset picnic right on the beach. It was the highlight of our trip!
The Rooms & Vibe ☁️
The hotel feels very fresh and stylish. Our rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and felt like a cozy sanctuary after a long day in the sun. Because it’s away from the busy city center, the nights are incredibly quiet, and the starry sky above the hotel is simply breathtaking!
Top-Tier Service 🚗
Traveling was so easy because we could rent a car directly at the hotel. This is a must for exploring the island and getting to the shops and viewpoints quickly.
The Stars of the Show: Hotel Pets! 🦜
What makes this place truly special is its unique charm and the adorable residents. Returning to the hotel after a beach day became a whole program of its own thanks to the pets! Paina (the parrot) was absolutely the most talented representative of the hotel—seeing her was such a delight and always put a smile on our faces. It adds such a warm, family-like atmosphere to the stay.

I wish Wi-Fi connection data power could be better, as phone internet 🛜 from AU and SoftBank wasn’t working well either. I think it’s because of remote location, on the beach connection was good.

Pros:

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were large and comfortable. It felt like glamping due to proximity to nature and all the animals around, but with the comforts of a hotel. Coin laundry with free detergent. Ample parking. My favourite part was being able to see the stars from the rooftop terrace. Great walking up to ocean view from my balcony. Would definitely stay again.

車椅子で宿泊でしたが、一階の出入りしやすいお部屋にして頂き、助かりました。
また、スタッフの方が親切に介助してくださり、ありがとうございました。
お部屋が広くてとてもきれいで、くつろげました！

Cons:

建物の構造で仕方ないのかもしれませんが、2階の足音がけつこう響きますね…

動物がお迎えしてくれます。特にウサギさんがとても可愛かったです。アットホームな雰囲気でとても気に入りました。おすすめスポットもたくさん教えてくれて充実した旅になりました。

島ならではの落ち着く宿！
Pros:

スタッフが親切！馬、オウム、ウサギが可愛くて特にオウムは肩に乗せてくれて触れ合えて癒されました。
また空港までの送迎とレンタカーがリーズナブルだった事！懐中電灯を貸してくれ星が綺麗に見えるスポットを教えてくれ親切でした。

部屋の動物の消臭らしき匂いが気になりました。
また、敷布団のシーツが少し汚れていたことが気になりました。

楽しく快適に幸せな時間を過ごすことが出来ました！！
お部屋もとても綺麗で、広くてベランダでのんびりもでき、ウォーターサーバーがあるのはとても助かりました。
また石垣島に旅行に行く際には利用させていただきます！

自然と触れ合う最高のホテル
Pros:

スタッフさんがすごく皆さん優しい方ばかりで動物と触れ合えたり、すごくいい経験をさせて頂きました。
また泊まりに行きたいと思います。

Cons:

虫やトカゲが苦手な方は結構出るので厳しいかも。うちの子供達は大好きでトカゲ捕まえがすごく楽しかったみたいです。
