You can tell the difference when a typhoon hits the island
Pros:

The staff were really kind… more than just kind. When we booked our 4 night trip in Ishigaki, they only had a room available for our first 2 nights, so we booked another hotel for the other 2 nights. And then a typhoon was on the way to the city. They were so kind and helpful to prepare for the worst. (This hotel doesn’t have a restaurant.) When we moved to the next hotel, the service was so normal and we missed the hospitality of Little Mermaid Hotel.
The hotel was well renovated and clean. Our room was spacious. They had lots of supplies for the young children as well.
Walking distance to the Fusaki beach but it’s practical to rent a car which is available at the hotel. It’s quiet area but it means that you have to go a bit far to restaurants etc. Their rental car is small K-car but reasonable.

Estada agradable i molt cómode.
Pros:

Habitació gran i molt confortable. Tot el que necessitavem ho teniem. Ens han donat totes les facilitats per lloguer cotxe i tips de l'Illa. PErsonal molt amalbe i atent. Els nens encantats amb els animals. La BBQ motl bona opció per sopar algun dia.

Cons:

Una mica lluny del centre però a 10min amb cotxe.

Esperienza super!
Pros:

Io e mio marito abbiamo scelto questa struttura per soggiornare a Ishigaki durante la nostra luna di miele e devo dire che abbiamo fatto un'ottima scelta.
La camera era grande e pulita, la struttura molto bella, immersa nel verde, con una spettacolare palafitta da cui osservare le stelle.
Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo usufruiti di vari servizi: abbiamo noleggiato un'auto, molto carina, pulita e confortevole; abbiamo prenotato un tour nell'isola di Hama e il capitano, un membro dello staff, è stato molto professionale.
Tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile e preciso, ogni qualvolta ne avessimo bisogno venivano incontro alle nostre necessità. Davvero un'esperienza super!!!

家族で大満足の宿泊でした。
Pros:

台風が近づき、急遽、西表島から帰ってきて石垣島での宿泊が必要になり、一泊だけお世話になったのですが、スタッフの皆さんがとても優しく、子供達も安心して泊まることができました。ウサギやインコとの触れ合いも楽しく、子供達は大満足、部屋もとても綺麗でアメニティやドライヤーまで妻も喜んでいました。バーベキューもボリュームも味も大満足でした！
そして、オーナーさんが、サービスで撮って下さった観音崎でのファミリームービーは本当に素敵な思い出になりました。本当にありがとうございました！

まぁ、満足かなぁー
Pros:

市街地に近いけど、ど真ん中ではないのでリゾート気分は味わえる点が良かったです

Cons:

外国人のスタッフが担当なのか、問い合わせのメールの返信がなく電話で連絡しなければならず、電話で了承してもらっていたのに、現地で変更を余儀なくされたのはちょっと不満でした。
