Was as expected when booking cheap but clean rooms, beds were very uncomfortable but was a positive experience overall

Under construction, but no inconvenience to guests. Very good stay for us.

I have stayed in the Inn Fox Chase two times and both times I’ve had the greatest experience. Every time I go to Parx I stay here. It’s very convenient to the casino. Thank you for giving me a great experience.

Was unaware until after booking non refundable room that it was under construction. Property seemed run down and only one elevator working.

Good location, clean room and friendly staff

The room was nice, and the beds were comfy. The staff was friendly. Other guests were loud in the hallways, but it was over pretty quickly. We werent able to use the bar or cafeteria area as they have renovations, so breakfast was in a very crowded area.

The pictures are nothing of what the place looks like. They are under construction but it was not disclosed. We picked hotel because there was supposed to be restaurant and bar and we were shocked that there was neither. Nothing walking distance open past 12am for a drink. Breakfast had syrup with no pancakes or waffles. They had bagels with no cream cheese. They had eggs that were like sandy and spongy. The elevator had an exploded ketchup packet on the floor for over 24 hours. I rented 3 rooms and at checkin they acted like I was nuts because I was using cash. Was not a welcoming feeling. I was there 4 nights and every single dat I had to go re activate my key card for all 3 rooms. I had my 80 year old elderly mom who had trouble walking and couldn’t get into room. Then my room blinds were broken would not go up but after a day of darkness I figured out how to fix them myself. My mirror had a babies handprint on it the entire stay. Room service never wiped it. It was there when I checked in. Then I get back one day and see a sign in the elevator saying the following morning at 7am that they are turning water off until 3pm. Who does that? I have an 80 year old mom who needs access to water. I did send emails and reached out to hotel on Facebook and received no response from this hotel. FYI.. my mom passed away the day we returned home from this dumpy hotel. Don’t chose this hotel. There are better ones close by.

The only thing I didn't like was that the ice machines weren't working on either floor. Aside from thay it was an excellent experience. Salvatore ,as well as the front desk manager, provided exceptional quality service. I would certainly recommend and stay again!

There are a ton of renovations being done. There is no space to hang out outside your room. Only one ice machine worked and it wasn't the one on my floor. I had to ask at the front desk to find out. Every afternoon our key card stopped working and had to be reset. When we requested housekeeping, they did not empty our trash. The bed was uncomfortable.

Breakfast was excellent though, with plenty of variety and hot food and good quality. The staff was kind and helpful when asked.

We stayed here to go to a concert at Parx Casino. For us it’s an easy walk, even in the sleet, over to the casino from the hotel. Clean, convenient, and friendly staff. 2nd time we stayed here and we’ll stay again for anything at Parx.
