During our stay at Edsa Shang, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Ms. Bianca at the front desk. She is a true example of hospitality—very friendly and a great communicator. The room was clean and spacious; special thanks to Ms. Tess from Housekeeping. We are also very thankful to Sir Fernando for his help in handling our air conditioning difficulties. Overall, it was a nice experience!

he stay was excellent overall. The amenities were top-notch, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was a great size, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were warm, accommodating, and genuinely hospitable—they made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay. It was also very convenient to have plenty of shops nearby. A great experience all around.

Our family had a wonderful stay! It was my son’s bday celebration and Shang surprised him with a bday treat upon entering the room. Special mention to Princess & Dein from the Front Desk for a smooth check-in and a pleasant welcome treat.
The guest relations team (Ms Princess, Hart and Karen) went the extra mile and prepared a sweet gesture for my birthday during my family's stay. Thank you!

The housekeeping team have provided is tremendous comfort and looked after our needs. We had our double celebration here and it’s been fun. I have a different opinion for the F&B team though for causing me an embarrassment not just once but twice—disorganized and lacking correct information for their guests and would insist on their errors instead of straightening them. Do better.
An exceptional stay with impeccable service, luxurious comfort, and attention to every detail that made the experience truly unforgettable.

We had a great time stay in our beautiful room. The front desk team and DM Bianca was very accomodating, she's doing an excellent job. Secondly, from the housekeeping Ms. Tess ( Manager) took excellent care of us from the time we enter the she gave us warmth welcome and smile. The best thing with her was she always offer assistance to us. When we're about to check-out she was still present to bid farewell to us. The company should recognise her hard work in giving each and every guests excellent and memorable experience.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and welcoming. From the kind greetings and birthday wishes to the simple gestures of courtesy and respect from the staff, our experience was memorable. The rooms are always clean and great for recreation or rest after a day or two of celebration! ( ￣▽￣)～. In the two nights of our stay, we had no complaints regarding any noise. The area remained a peaceful quiet of serenity. The amenities such as the pool was definitely a factor of our enjoyment. It was a safe and fun place to swim or simply stay under the sun. (￣︶￣).

We stayed at Shangri-la EDSA Manila from Sunday to Monday for a quick staycation, and overall it was a very memorable experience—largely because of the people who made our stay truly special.
The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service from the Guest Relations team, particularly Cess, Hart, and Karen. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to encounter a team so dedicated to ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued, and they absolutely delivered.
One of the perks I personally enjoyed was access to their gym. It’s well-equipped and allowed me to squeeze in a solid workout during our stay, something I always appreciate, even on a short getaway.
Our daughter had an amazing time at the pool, especially the slide, which she used relentlessly. The lifeguard whose name I believe was Thelop (or something close) was very attentive and kept a close watch on her the entire time. As a parent, that level of vigilance provides real peace of mind and made the experience even more enjoyable for us.
The rooms themselves are admittedly starting to show their age and would benefit from renovation. However, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience. The outstanding service from the staff more than made up for it.
In the end, what truly makes Shangri-La EDSA Manila stand out is its people. We’ll definitely be coming back not just for the facilities, but because of the exceptional team that made our stay feel special.
