Fantastic city scape stay with a beautiful fool and amazing breakfast buffet

We loved our stay at the Shangri-La. The rooms were comfortable, clean and updated. The property is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful pool and good restaurants. We especially loved the breakfast buffet, I couldn't get my husband out of there!

We are absolutely blown away by the beautiful setup for our 23rd Anniversary! A huge thank you to the housekeeping supervisor Ma'am Tess Tugawin for the stunning swan towel art and the lovely flower petal display. The thoughtful arrangement of flowers, macarons, and the anniversary cake made our stay truly unforgettable. It is this kind of world-class service that keeps us coming back to Edsa Shangri-La.

The bed is the softest bed and pillows i ever had

Cons:

The rate of our room should have come with breakfast. the room is too pricey for that without breakfast.. the room is not exceptional, its just like other regular 3-5 star hotel rooms.

Pricey but with a lot to offer in services (except location)
Pros:

It’s pricey but the rooms are great, the gym is excellent and the concierge services are very accommodating. The pool is a little small and full of kids, which is a drawback and the in-hotel shops are either closed or pretty uninspiring. The location is far away from almost everything as a tourist or traveller but the cabs are dirt cheap for a city. It is pricey though!
