Exceptional in every way.
Pros:

Staff was fantastic. Communication was top notch. From pick up at the airport to hotel stay and drop off at the airport everything went smoothly. Great lobby lounge. Great pool and pool staff. Wonderful experience at the spa . Would use again for our next trip.

Loved it.
Pros:

Beautiful pool area, lobby and room. Staff went out of their way to help with anything. Heat buffet was great and fair value. Lobby dining and bar was exceptional.

Cons:

Hard going getting there with traffic, even for Manila.

Pros:

De slaapkamers zijn heel ruim, het bed ligt heerlijk, het zwembad is fijn met heerlijke ligbedjes en het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid. Al het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamer is wel aan vernieuwing toe, er hing ook een gekke geur. Niet super fris, terwijl het allemaal heel schoon is! Denk dat de geur in het tapijt of gordijnen zit?

Great stay quit a way out from airport. But enjoyed the stay

Pool area very nice and breakfast buffet was amazing.

We didn’t care for the kids swim classes on Saturday morning for residents in the area. Should be for hotel guest only.

Cons:

Rooms are very dated no blackout curtains old furniture. The carpet in the hallway when you get off the lift on floor 8 is filthy and the smell of damp is bad.
