The room they give me little bit small.. and need to updated .. the smell is not good in the room..
Le petit déjeuner était impressionnant, et pour le salé très bon.
Le décor très vieillot des chambres, comme revenu dans les années 90, le personnel qui nous harcèle pour payer le late Check out (rappelé au Check in, lettre glissée sous la porte late nuit, appel le lendemain dans la chambre pour ne pas oublier, tout ça en une seule nuit passée là bas), les toboggans gonflables installés dans la piscine pour les enfants et qu’il faut payer en supplément - c’est vraiment loin de l’idée du luxe qu’on connaît en France et en plus de voir demander de payer tout de suite, alors qu’on est en maillot sans porte feuille, avoir l’employé qui nous chasse avec son TPE jusqu’au milieu de la piscine pendant qu’on se baigne au lieu de l’ajouter à la note de la chambre, c’est signe d’un hôtel de bas étage mais certainement pas d’un 5*.
De plus chambre réservée pour 3, avec notre fils. A l’arrivée à 21h nous nous rendons compte que le canapé lit de la chambre n’a pas été préparé pour lui. Nous en informons l’hôtel qui vient préparer un canapé lit digne des années 70, avec une structure et un matelas si fins que nous avions peur qu’il se casse au moindre mouvement et qui ne tenait même pas droit. Absolument hallucinant comme prestation pour un 5*.
Fuyez littéralement. Nous avons fait d’excellent 4* aux Philippines durant notre séjour dont le niveau de raffinement et de prestations au global dépassaient de très loin celui-ci, sans parler du rapport qualité prix.

During our stay at Edsa Shang, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Ms. Bianca at the front desk. She is a true example of hospitality—very friendly and a great communicator. The room was clean and spacious; special thanks to Ms. Tess from Housekeeping. We are also very thankful to Sir Fernando for his help in handling our air conditioning difficulties. Overall, it was a nice experience!

he stay was excellent overall. The amenities were top-notch, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was a great size, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were warm, accommodating, and genuinely hospitable—they made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay. It was also very convenient to have plenty of shops nearby. A great experience all around.

Our family had a wonderful stay! It was my son’s bday celebration and Shang surprised him with a bday treat upon entering the room. Special mention to Princess & Dein from the Front Desk for a smooth check-in and a pleasant welcome treat.
