God standard, bra läge samt fantastisk personal
Pros:

Övergripande mycket nöjd med vår vistelse på Edsa Shangri La. Personalen och servicen var förstklassig. Hotellets standard var 4-5 stjärnigt. Pool området okay. Vi hade lounge access och var nöjda med vårt val. Rummet var av god standard och högt beläget med fin utsikt. Rekommenderar lunch/middags buffen som var mycket omfattande och god.

We love every single thing about this property. It is exquisite to say the absolute least. We took up the option for the horizon club and it was worth every single cent for the experience.

Cons:

Three of us shared a room and the rollout bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have hoped. I’m sure an extra mattress would have made a world of difference.
