Pros:

Останавливался в отеле уже второй раз.
Все очень хорошо - от месторасположения до вида из балкона на город.
Так как проживал в начале марта (не сезон) - завтраки были хорошие, но сравнивая с прошлым проживанием, не такие роскошные (первый раз жил в сентябре - разгар сезона, много туристов и, соответственно, выбор еды утром был очень хорошим. Но, еще раз повторюсь, завтраки хорошие, все есть и это можно есть. )
Еще раз про местоположение - отличное. 3 минуты пешком до собора Святой Троицы. 10 минут пешком до моста мира. При этом сама улочка на которой расположен отель тихая, без толп туристов.
Отдельно хочу поблагодарить администратора Ana (не знаю как правильно на русском написать имя)). Очень доброжелательная, вежливая и отзывчивая. Если возникали какие то вопросы - всегда шла навстречу и помогала их решить.
В общем - мои рекомендации к проживанию!

Der Service sollte die gekreuzten goldenen Conciergesschlüssel verliehen bekommen.
Pros:

Der Service war verdammt gut!!! In einem 5 Sterne Hotel hätte ich so einen Service nur mit Aufzahlung bekommen. Hier muss ich die Dame Natalia (ich habe mir sogar den Namen gemerkt) loben. Sie hat alles organisiert!!!
CheckIn ist normalerweise erst um 15 Uhr, doch leider machen die Flüge das nicht mit. Sie hat mir ein Taxi organisiert, dass ich erst im Hotel bezahlen musste. Das gleiche mit der Rückfahrt zum Flughafen. Ich bekam sofort ein Zimmer und sogar ein Upgrade. Ich hatte die Wahl zwischen Zimmer mit Balkon oder mit einem Doppelbett.
Sie hat gewusst, dass ich in der Nacht zurückfliegen muss und brachte mir einen Obstteller, damit ich nicht hungrig zum Flughafen muss. Na wenn das kein Service ist?!
Also wenn sich eine junge georgische Dame mit schwarzen Haaren und Harry Potter Brille namens Natalia um eure Reise nach Tiflis kümmert, dann seid ihr in sicheren Händen und könnt eurer Abenteuer in Georgien sorglos genießen. Rezeptionistin ist hier kein Nebenjob, sondern eine Berufung.

Am sonsten sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das georgische Waschbecken war auch sehr schön.
Die Lage ist zentral. Kathedrale, Präsidentenpalast und Innenstadt sind nicht weit. Leider sind die meisten privaten Gebäude wohl schon vor hundert Jahren bewohnte Ruinen gewesen. Sie vermindern das Stadtbild. Aber das Hotel sieht gut aus und ist im Stil von Hundertwasser.
Sehr schöne und große Dachterrasse.
Sehr gutes Internet.

Cons:

Das Piepen der Knöpfe im linken Fahrstuhl war sehr laut, daher empfehle ich den rechten Lift zu nehmen.

Otel yapı ve konum olarak güzel.

Cons:

Temizlik berbattı. Girişimizi akşam yapmamıza rağmen oda hiç temiz değildi yerlerde saçlar vardı. Tuvalet, lavabo ve duş hiç temiz değildi. Tuvalet pislik içindeydi. Duvarda kan lekeleri vardı. Resepsiyona temizlik konusunda yardım istememize rağmen yardımcı olunmadı. Çok kötü bir deneyim oldu.

Pros:

Soğuk et çeşitleri karışık ve genelde domuzdu, bu hoşuma gitmedi,domuz olmayan salam ve jambon da gıda ürünü gibi değil daha çok yenilebilir plastik gibi kötüydü. Temizlik personeli guleryuzlu ve yardimciydi özellikle 2. Katın temizliğinden sorumlu hanım, odamız da temizdi.Başka bir katta kalan misafirler odalarında hiç temizlik yapılmamış olduğundan söz etmişlerdi.Demek ki bu fark personelin farkından kaynaklanıyor.Ben Turkiyedeki bayram haftasında bu otelde kaldım döndüğümde bu otelin aynı odası neredeyse yarı fiyatındaydi maalesef. Aile odası neredeyse 1+1 daire buyuklugundeydi bu açıdan süperdi.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, до старого города пешком 10 минут. Рядом с припарковал машину (есть подземный паркинг, но так как установлено газовое оборудование, заезжать не стал). Хорошие завтраки и ресторан с великолепным видом на город.

Amazing, comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was super helpful, especially Nitsa, Mari and Natali. I was amazed how hospitable the staff was. Everything was cleaned, breakfast was really good, they really did a great job. I had also free upgrade, so thankful for that. Highly recommend.

We loved it,little changes will make Brim excellent.
Pros:

The most important thing in Brim is the staff:Nitsa,Natalia,Ana and Guga were more more than helpful in anything we needed support with.We liked the view in the restaurant.

Cons:

The room was dim,the lighting should be stronger.The sheet we slept on was torn and wasn’t changed althrough the vacation.

Pros:

Everything was excellent, and our whole stay exceeded expectations. Whenever we needed something, the staff was right there for us. They even prepared breakfast in lunchboxes because we were leaving very early. Nitsa and Elene were incredibly helpful and always smiling! Thank you!

Pros:

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Отличное месторасположение, прямо в центре города. Также в магазин идти не надо, в отеле продается все, что нужно. В 10 минутах ходьбы находятся много ресторанов. Комната была просторной, чистой. Есть также смарт телевизор с YouTube и Netflix.

Cons:

Завтрак был хорошим в плане выборов - но из горячей еды были только сосиски и яйца. И рядом с отелем есть ужасный подъем, по которому вы должны подниматься, когда возвращаетесь из центра города, но отелю нечего с этим сделать. По этому подъему мы могли двигаться только по такси.
