Hier haben wir nur für den Namen des Ortes die Unterkunft teuer bezahlt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. In der Beschreibung, die im Zimmer lag wurde davon gesprochen das dort Bioprodukte verwandt werden. Bei den Brötchen stand ein Schild "Hausgebackenes Brot" daneben. Die Brötchen entpuppten sich dann
als Aufbackbrötchen. Es gab nur kalte hart gekochte halbierte Eier.

Cons:

Das Schlagzimmer war sehr eng. Einen Balkon hatte unser Zimmer nicht. Vor einem Fenster hatten sich anscheinend
Hornissen eingenistet, 2 mal war auch eine Hornisse im Zimmer. Zur Schlafenszeit (ca. 22.30 Uhr) mussten wir einen Mitarbeiter bitten die im Zimmer rumfliegende Hornisse zu beseitigen.

Une annulation tardive par l’établissement = une occasion pour découvrir un hôtel nettement mieux !
Pros:

Nous avions réservé deux nuits au NATURION, une au début et une à la fin de notre semaine en Forêt-Noire. Réservations effectuées deux mois à l’avance et bien entendu intégralement payées à l’hôtel.

Lors de notre second check-in, à notre grande surprise, le propriétaire nous a froidement annoncé que notre réservation avait été annulée… seulement 10 minutes avant notre arrivée, et sans aucune raison valable. Booking nous a ensuite indiqué qu’il s’agissait d’un surbooking de la part de l’hôtel.

Nous avons donc décliné la proposition de relogement dans un dortoir d’une auberge en face d’un chantier.
Et nous avons trouvé, par nos propres moyens, une chambre au Schwarzwaldhof. Quelle heureuse surprise ! Une magnifique chambre, une literie confortable, un petit déjeuner généreux et un accueil souriant, chaleureux et attentionné. Bref, tout ce que nous n’avions pas trouvé au NATURION.

Cons:

Un grand merci donc au NATURION pour sa gestion déplorable des réservations. Grâce à eux, nous avons découvert une véritable petite perle, le Schwarzwaldhof à Hinterzarten que nous recommandons sans hésiter.
Finalement, le meilleur service rendu par le NATURION aura été d’être si peu professionnel !

Kleines, aber hübsch möbliertes Zimmer mit Balkon. Gutes Frühstück. Sauberes Bad, bequemes Bett. Gartenbenutzung. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhälnis.

The hotel has great overall decor, and the room was very comfortable. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious and generous with plenty of options!

Cons:

The only downside is that it's a bit far from the train station—about a 10-minute walk.

Schwarzwaldcharme in uriger Atmosphäre
Pros:

Sehr gemütliche und angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Unterkunft wurde mit viel Liebe vom Inhaber gestaltet und hat einen besonderen Charme. Wir waren mit Baby dort und haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

You can find better value for money elsewhere.
Pros:

Beautiful decoration in the hall, breakfast hall, and aisles. Good location. Quiet place. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

No elevator. No room service. Not even changing the trash bag. No safe box. No refrigerator. No electric kettle in the room.
