Brilliant location with clean and comfortable room
Pros:

Super friendly staff on check in. Perfect location with car parking available. Comfortable beds, spotless room and good shower.

Cons:

Hotel lobby and rooms were tastefully decorated and cleaned yet the hallway leading to the room felt dark, chipped paint on the walls and looked a tad shabby in places.

Pros:

Loved the hot tub! Good breakfast. Location was great.

Cons:

Was not made to feel valued as a customer. Breakfast was paid for in my package through booking.com however the hotel argued this. I was told that I only paid for 2 and needed to pay extra for my teenagers. When I queried this the hotel staff made me feel as though they were doing me a favor by rectifying it with 2 "free" coupons. I will think twice in the future about booking at this venue.
