Normal hotel for an expensive price
Pros:

It’s a nice and clean hotel.

Cons:

The location is not the best, it is down town so it’s very busy. The parking cost 17$ and the parking lot is always full. There is only 2 entrances to the hotel so you have to make the walk from the parking lot into the lobbie to your room instead of an easy side door. We had a premium king room it was nice and clean but a very small ordinary room, nothing premium about it. Definitely a nice hotel but I personally do not feel it’s worth the money and would have stayed elsewhere if my work was not paying for it.

Beautiful, older building, well maintained. Staff were incredible.
Pros:

Beautiful space and overlooking the river. Rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

Only that the TV was down the second night. It was the TV provider’s outage, not the hotel.

Cons:

The aging piping caused the fifth floor commode to not flush properly. My friends on the third floor experienced the same issue.

The grandeur of the building. Lobby beautiful.

Cons:

My bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. Our large TV was damaged. The scent they use in the hallway is very overwhelming and sickly sweet smelling. The worst part was we had to pay to park. Our car was broken into and everything stolen. The hotel reimbursed the parking charge but not the room charge. There was no mention of the high homeless population, who they blamed immediately being an issue in the downtown area. They also only have one camera and that one is on the gate instead of the parking lot. The manager was informed and the police were informed . My opinion is do not go. Not worth the money. Disappointed in there response . Basically no response or help from the manager. Do NoT sTaY HeRe.

Pros:

Our car was broken into in their paid parking area. There are no cameras. Reception did not care, just gave us the police number to file a report. No parking refund offered. On top of that there are numerous reports on the internet that this is an ongoing thing with break ins and they have not attempted to do anything about it. They just continue to charge for parking, no camera and they don’t even warn people of the break in. Very disappointed

Pros:

La chambre était superbe et bien équipée avec une belle vue.
Le pub et son personnel étaient chaleureux.
Le personnel était attentionné lors de l'accueil, etc.

Cons:

L'espace piscine et spa n'est pas vraiment joli. C'est désuet, mais fonctionnel. Par contre, les heures pour y accéder sont parfaites. L'accès à la sortie du stationnement ne fonctionne pas très bien, mais on arrive à sortir haha.

Not enough value for $273 per night in the old wing.
Pros:

The location was great. At the heart of the town. I was dumped in the old wing. Worn furniture, noisy pipes at night, overlooking a parking lot, but also the water. The decor and curtains were drab. Maxwell's Restaurant downstairs was spectacular. The elevator was a creaky banged up old horse.

Cons:

Decor, noise level, furniture needed updating.
