Renovate this place definitely not in the mood to time travel to a retro hotel.

Cons:

1. When I arrived the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming

2. When he gave me the key to my room I went inside this wore down elevator with a very dole smell, and a cleaner was in my room with the door closed cleaning the restroom.

3. I ask for a refund which I received and left.

It’s 2026 and this hotel most definitely needs to be renovated especially if it’s in the heart of the city in Parramatta.

Everything in this hotel looks old and boring, the ambience very dull as well and the rooms was looks very retro.

Cons:

Ceiling too low, no ceiling lights, lack of toiletries (Toothbrush, paste etc), room slippers. Toilet rolls on the wall opposite to the toilet seat.
Omellette request at breakfast took approx 30 minutes after repeatedly asking it from the staff
No body picking up the reception phone forcing us to go down to the reception to ask about simple questions while the staff was there standing free.

Great location
Pros:

Great location to restaurants, combank stadium, the new museum. Light rail outside the door. Short walk to the rivercat. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Bathroom shower door was a bit hard to push open, but it was clean.

Yes, I do the front office people are very friendly.

Cons:

Okay, I left my charger and cloth at there and I am 100% sure. I called them after 20mins.I told receptionist that I will come there and receptionist said housekeeping didn’t find charger but there is cloth. I hadn’t unplugged my charger from that room. How can they don’t find it. Very doggy housekeeper. Seriously. I will not come back her. But the front desk were very nice.

Pros:

Location to stadium, staff at front desk were great. 11am checkout.

Cons:

Price of parking extra on top of room. Had to ask for fridge to be turned on. Some rust in bathroom door frame, small bits of mold in shower silicone. Chipped and stained glass side table. Not enough milk for a coffee.

Nice enough room. Cupboard door was broken off the track low pressure shower clean bed close to the child’s hospital

The customer service was great and the breakfast available each morning was a very good way to start the day.

Cons:

Some apartments were noisy during the night as late as 2:30am and we were woken up but all good apart from that.
