Super disappointing stay, staff on reception were lovely however staff that attend our room to fix the shower - quite ru

Excellent staff. Good location. Not bad for cheaper price point.
Pros:

The staff were all excellent. The reception staff went out of their way to help.
The restaurant where breakfast was served was nice.
Location was good, few minutes on light rail to Parramatta station. Very close restaurants and bars.

Cons:

The bathrooms in the rooms could do with a bit of freshening up. The hallways are looking like they’re in need of updating.

Stay somewhere else. This place needs an overhaul

Great location, plenty of places to eat nearby

Cons:

Staff attentiveness. Asked twice for pillows to be delivered and the aircon in our room to be turned down. 22 was too hot over night. Neither of these requests were actioned resulting in a very poor night sleep. Shower is dismal too!
Couldn’t ring housekeeping or reception as the phone line was ripped entirely out of the wall!
Breakfast was pretty average also.
Booked on the reputation of the Novotel but is aged and sorely disappointed us!

Terrible and disappointing for the money we paid.

Everything ! The hotel was in very poor condition. Old and run down. More like a 1 star hotel. Very disappointed.

Every thing the food was excellent it’s in good location close to trams and shops the reception was excellent I had to keep rebooking my room they wore so very helpful

Ok, but could have been better
Pros:

bed is very soft and comfy. View was good (after room change). Fresh orange juice was really good

Cons:

Breakfast was monotonous
Initial room was not as requested (no view)
Heavy cigarette smell in lift (complaint lodged). This was really bad because my wife is pregnant and I have a toddler with me
