Great location. Would highly recommend for a affordable stay close to public transport
Pros:

Short walk to Commbank stadium. So many restaurants and shops near by. Walking distance to Westfield, Train, Buses and Ferry services.

Cons:

It was a bit dated and not very lit around the lifts. The rooms also only had a light near the door and then everything else was lit by a lamp.

Would stay again
Pros:

Great location in Parramatta, close to tram and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was great, and staff were friendly and helpful at front office and in restaurant.

Cons:

The rooms could do with a renovation, like the bathroom grouting and silicone was chipped and pulling

Absolutely filthy and would not recommend
Pros:

The only positive part of the stay were the very kind concierge staff.

Cons:

Room 318 was absolutely filthy. Brown smudge stains on the bathroom door, black mould on in the shower and a thick layer of dust around the skirting boards/edge of carpets. We also went to go for a swim but were unable to do that because the pool was also filthy with lots of visible dirt and debris. I am considering sending a complaint to the health department with the documented photos

Overall pretty happy.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and good value.
Good curtains to block light, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Minimal toilet paper in the room, no face washer. The parking setup wasn't great. The charge was $40 a night and the only way to pay was via a QR code, for which the conditions stated card would be used (stored) for any future transactions. Also waited at boom gate for some time before released. Had started to dial for assistance.

Not worth the money I paid
Cons:

Not even enough towel in the room for the amount of people I booked for.
Shower was dirty. Floors were dirty
