Great Location
Pros:

Close to CBD and light rail.

Cons:

Needs some updating, had to call reception for towels only 2 when four people staying.

Great Location, time for some updates
Pros:

Nice and close to main attractions, food and shopping, light rail.

Cons:

Pillows were no good, more are required or new ones. Had to call reception to request towels, this has been our last 3 stays. Seems to have gone down hill a little over the last 12 months. But location still makes it a good place to stay.

A pleasant stay. I would stay again but not in the room we were assigned

Cons:

The bathroom.
Leaky bath tap
Horrible/unsafe design in a compact bathroom.
Dangerously slippery and big step down out of the bath shower combo being so close to the toilet.

Had an executive suite so I could work.
Was dark small, no windows, no desk to work from, poor internet, so dusty and musky smell

Checked out of hotel half hour after I checked in as couldn't give me another room.

Christmas Stay at Novotel Parramatta Sydney
Pros:

Great stay at Novotel Parramatta Sydney! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Right in the heart of Parramatta it was great 😃
Pros:

The room aand bath

Cons:

That the cot didn't have a mattress so we couldn't use it and our baby fell off the bed in the middle of the night. He also hide a glass table with his head on his way down 👎🏼

We really enjoyed our three night stay. Beds were very comfortable, fresh and clean.

Pros:

Location was terrific. Staff were good to very good.

Cons:

bathroom was dirty, hairs in the shower/bath from previous occupants, so cleaning should have been done better. Hard to get air conditioning right. It was set at 18 degrees. Very light bedding eg no extra blanket so room was too cold to sleep in. Staff had to manuaaly adjust air con which took ages to do. In the interim we were very cold in the room and didnt have any jumpers or anything to put on.
