It was an okay hotel that if I needed to I would stay again.
Pros:

Close to downtown.

Cons:

A/C didn’t work properly so we didn’t get much sleep.

First stay
Pros:

The hotel is modern and clean with spacious rooms and breakfast area. The staff is friendly and prompt service. The breakfast is the basic offering, but keep filled and hot. Tasted better than others I've had. The room was clean, spaced out with nice bathroom size. quit and easily navigated. Not walkable anywhere, but 15 minute drive to almost anywhere.

Overall, the motel was very good. Price comfort cleanliness everything was great.
Pros:

The room was nice. The refrigerator did not cool. The bed was soft and comfortable. The noise level was reasonable. The breakfast was about a five out of 10 could’ve been better. My room was cleaned. The motel was clean. The employees were excellent.

Cons:

It rained heavy just before we got there and the rear parking lot had water standing in it. When we got out of the car, we had to step in 2 to 3 inches of water not really good.

Nice But A Little Over Hipted
Pros:

Well run newer hotel. Friendly staff. OK breakfast.

Cons:

Location reads better than it is. Tons of area construction. Riverside might as been someone original thought. Difficult parking after 10. And weird baby forks at breakfast.

Dirty room but ok pool. Never again
Pros:

The pool

Cons:

Room was very dirty, things left in fridge from previous guests, pull out sofa bed had chunks of food and crumbs from previous guests, couches stained, looked like they hadn’t even cleaned the room they gave us before we got it. Told the front desk and someone just came and vacuumed some areas of the floor but that’s it.. we ended up swimming in the pool for a little then had to get a new hotel room to stay the night in because I couldn’t even trust that the sheets had been changed with how dirty everything in the room was.
