Great stay-will definitely come here again!
Pros:

The location was great for our trip to Newport Aquarium. TIP-if you have AAA, buy tickets for the Aquarium online on their app. SO MUCH cheaper!

Cons:

No issues with the property-we stayed in the King Suite with the extra room and it was BIG. Front desk was great, answered a few of my questions about shopping, and gave us extra blankets and towels. It is very clean there! Only issue-Easter breakfast wasn’t as good as the day before, gravy had no flavor, but that is a minor issue. Great stay!

Great, friendly staff; clean facility. It fit our needs.
Pros:

Great location for our trip - 5 minutes from the aquarium and 15 from the zoo.
We were only 30 minutes from our next destination in our itinerary. Staff were amazing. Our room was clean and ready when we arrived.

Cons:

Breakfast food items ran out quickly, not enough supply.

Other than missing bedding, everything was fine.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable

Cons:

If you are providing a sofa bed, you should have sheets/blankets and pillows in the room to be used. I had to go downstairs and get my bedding when I was already ready to go to bed. Didn't open the sofa bed until ready to get in it. This was quite inconvenient and when asked if they would bring it up to me, they said said but it may take awhile.

Good value and location for short stay. Friendly stuff with a good breakfast
Pros:

Good breakfast with a nice variety. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The parking lot was big enough and convenient.

Cons:

The gym is a bit small and limited. It could also use a bit cleaning. The ceiling tiles can use some love.

Very enjoyable stay in a great location.
Pros:

The entire facility was clean, bright and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally clean and well supplied. Even the mini fridge was cold!

Cons:

Some traffic noise from the interstate bridge was manageable if we kept the fan running.

Not bad for the price but not my favorite.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Our room was not bad but the bed had more than a few hairs in it. There was a sheet that had a stain that looked like blood on a corner. The toilet kept running constantly. I didn’t think the bed was comfortable, it was hard, but I guess that’s all in preference.

My stay was very pleasurable.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our destinations we went to.

Cons:

House keeping didn't come by at all. The first night I understand because we had the were busy sign
But the second day we didn't and the room was not cleaned. So because of that we had an overabundance of trash for the entire time we were there.
