The receptionist did not know about OCI status, was asking unnecessary questions.
The bed sheets , pillow cases , duvet covers were not changed after last check out. At 12 midnight we were sitting and waiting for the linen to be changed.
I stayed for a night and at Check in counter, staff was not welcoming, looks like they don't want Guest to check in. Feels like they are just doing their job. No Smile, rude behavior but I as a guest disappointed.
