Disappointed!!

Not but 2 carts for 4 floors. Ridiculous as one of them was awful!! Had asked for housekeeping every day (only 3 days). The ladies did a great job on Saturday!! Came back from church and a gospel singing to no service and absolutely NO carts. Never did get one (after an hour wait). We finally used the wheelchair. We also did not like the bathroom shower with only one door. No matter what you do, the water gets all over the floor. We are both in our late 70's and it was scary! Had to use a hand towel in the shower floor to keep from falling! The desk lamp was burned out. Left them a note. Then today we were awaken at 8:30 a.m. with a hotel-wide FIRE ALARM!!! The manager did make it right by giving us a discount. We had stayed at a Townplace in Calhoun, Ga in December and January and it was fabulous! Not so this one!!!

When people leave pets in room unattended, it makes for a poor night's sleep. Fix the requirements.
Pros:

Again very clean and hot breakfast.

Cons:

Found out this was a pet friendly hotel. On our second night, the room next to us had two dogs who barked and yapped for 2 hours. Staff not expedient in getting this resolved quickly. Needless to say bad night sleep.

Overall was happy with accommodations and staff.
Pros:

The room layout was really nice. I even took pictures for tiny house ideas.

Cons:

This seems trivial, but I prefer memory foam pillows over down filled. I didn't sleep very well. :(

Cons:

We called ahead to inquire if the pool was in operation and was told it was which is one of the reasons we chose the location but upon arrival the pool was closed. Very disappointed.

Wasn't the worst, but could be better.
Pros:

Convenient. Always enjoy kitchenette. Easy check in & out.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't the best. Chair in room was really gross. Bed was uncomfortable.

Pros:

The room was clean, neat, and had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was decent, complimentary cold bottle waters was very nice. Staff at check-in was very nice and informative.

Cons:

A better lit entrance off the road. It was kind of hard seeing the exact turn in.
