Pros:

PLEASE FIX YOUR WASHROOM ASAP ESPECIALLY THE TOILET BOWL WHICH I THINK THERE WAS A GUEST SMOKING AND BURNTH IT. IT IS NOT SAFE FOR THE NEXT GUEST AND THE CEILING HAS A HOLE!
