The room was spacious, the house keeper did a fantastic job daily, location perfect - next to DNA mall, Metro and another massive mall across the road with street food vendors/sit restaurants.
There's no PARKING! You have to manoeuvre the busy road to cross over. ...breakfast can be improved just a little bit. But it was still lovely with options.

Le personnel c'est un veritable désastre à commencer par le Gérant qui criait et s'énervait au quart de tour. Le petit déjeuner est très limité. Quand je lui ai demandé s'il y avait des croissants, il m'a rabroué en me dsant que je ne suis pas dans un hotel 5 étoiles. C'est un minimum pour un hotel de chaîne intenationale même si c'est un Holiday Inn Express. Ma dernière expérience avec cet hotel qui était pressé que je quitte : j'ai demandé de l'aide pour qu'il m'appelle un Didi car pour aller à la foire de Canton à Pazhou et je leur paie le prix de la course en espèces, la dame m'a dit que c'est 150 yuan. Quand j'ai riposté en leur disant que c'était cher, elle est passé à 100 yuan. Finalement je suis descendue et un chinois dans la rue m'a rendu ce service et il m'a montré le prix affiché sur l'application et c'était 48 yuans. Sans compter que si vous avez beaucoup de bagages vous aurez des difficultés car l'entrée de l'hôtel est inaccessible aux voitures. Faites attention car de nos jours, il ya beaucoup de faux témoignages dans l'appréciation des hôtels de manière générale.
The staff are an absolute disaster, starting with the manager, who would shout and lose his temper at the drop of a hat. Breakfast is very limited; when I asked if there were croissants, he snapped at me, saying I wasn't in a 5-star hotel. Yet, that is the bare minimum for an international chain hotel, even an Holiday Inn Express. My final experience involved them being in a rush for me to leave: I asked for help calling a Didi to get to the Canton Fair in Pazhou—offering to pay the fare in cash—and the lady quoted me 150 yuan. When I pushed back, saying that was expensive, she dropped the price to 100 yuan. In the end, I went outside, and a local man helped me out; he showed me the price displayed on the app, which was 48 yuan.
