It was good overall and is highly recommendable for what it’s worth.
Pros:

Location is good, next to a mall. Check in and out was super easy. Staff were accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Just minor things like no proper drop-off. No bidet (which is common in China i think). And little variation on breakfast menu.

Khách sạn từ chối xuất hoá đơn cho tôi với lý do là tôi book qua booking.com. Ho yêu cầu tôi liên hệ booking.com để xuất hoá đơn. Tôi đã email và liwen hệ booking.com yêu cầu xuất hoá đơn nhưng booking.com không phản hồi. Tôi rất khó chịu và không hài lòng với cả khách sạn và booking.com. Bây giờ tôi không thể lấy lại tiền khách sạn từ công ty. Truóc đây tôi đã từng book qua booking.com ở những khách sạn khác, họ đều xuất hoá đơn cho tôi theo đúng số tiền tôi trả cho booking.com, nhưng khách sạn này từ chối xuất hoá đơn, tôi cảm thấy vô trách nhiệm với khách hàng. Sau này tôi sẽ không quay lại khách sạn này.
