Memorable. A gem !!!!
Pros:

The staff in the hotel, valet service, restaurants, pool and shops were impeccably professional and gracious

It was the perfect ending to our Quebec City/ Ottawa trip.
Pros:

There were two things that account for the high rating:
1) The staff at the reception desk. I checked in with Dyson and he was incredibly welcoming. He asked about my stay and when I mentioned it was my last girls' trip with my daughter before she gets married, he immediately said he would send a glass of wine for each of us to the room.
2) The mattress! I have never had such a comfortable bed at a hotel.
