Wifi is enkel tegen betaling beschikbaar. Restaurant personeel van Zoe weet niet welke gerechten vegetarisch.zijn of wat ze bedoelen met plant forward. Teleurstellend voor een restaurant gelieerd aan een gerenommeerd hotel.

This was a very elegant historic hotel. Our room was quite large. We enjoyed the indoor pool. The location was great.
There was an extra charge for a refrigerator in the room.
Beautiful common areas and great location.
Waiting over an hour to get our car from the valet parking - quite an inconvenience!
It was the first time that I had scheduled at the one of the Fairmont hotels. I was a worker before in México and we always treated our customers and bring them all the best. And now I'm proud to be a guest with you. Thank you so much to all the staff that bring happiness.
It’s a beautiful, grand hotel with significant Canadian history. The location is fabulous, next door to the parliament buildings and in the heart of Ottawa. Most key sights are within walking distance.
The only parking options were valet parking at the hotel or a self-park few blocks away. It was a busy weekend, so valet staffing seemed overwhelmed. We had to wait over an hour for our car to be retrieved. The hotel was apologetic and comped us one day of valet parking.
Tip: if you used valet parking request your car about 30 - 45 minutes in advance.

Nothing felt like a stay in castle. Rooms abd washrooms were smaller than a normal hotel at a price of 5 star property
Location, historical hotel,
Out dated facility, restaurant food smell all over the place, cold swimming pool and could not be heated. Valet parking was not to my expectation. Renovation around our room.
